Everyone is always so warm and welcoming and genuinely cares, especially Yousef Abusbeih and Jim Milella with whom I had the pleasure of working with for my last visit. The environment is upbeat, positive, and the staff genuinely strives (and succeeds!!) to make customers happy and cared for! The waiting area is also very nice and very clean, which is a great plus! “Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

I brought my SUV in because the transmission light was on and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
I brought in my car a few days later they ordered the part and a few hours later I was back on the road.
I highly recommend the shop because the price for repair was very fair and working with them was not stressful for me.

“I needed a replacement for a piece of trim above the speedometer for my mothers car that I originally took out to customize and it sounds really stupid but the dog actually got ahold of it I have been trying to find this little piece of trim for 2 years now and have had no luck thankfully yesterday I went into the premium auto parts and I was lucky enough to find a matching car for the piece that I needed I was so happy when one of the gentleman in the office went out of his way to personally go get it off the car for me as silly as it was I’m very thankful to receive help from this facility.?”

“Just bought our second car in the last month from Vision Nissan Webster and both experiences were nothing short of wonderful. Our salesperson Iryna Skorobohach was great, getting us all the information we needed, making sure both cars were available, and just making the entire time spent there extremely pleasant. Bobby McMullen, one of the sales managers, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, answering all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully, never brushing aside any of our concerns. Finally, Trenton Hill, the finance manager, made that aspect of our purchases easy and transparent, also answering every question and making sure we had all the information we needed. Both of our new (used) cars, a 2022 Infiniti QX50 and a 2023 Buick Encore GX, are great cars that were very well prepared by the staff. Unfortunately we won't be doing business with them for some time because we expect our cars to last, but we strongly encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Vision Nissan of Webster. You'll be glad you did.”

“I called B&C to install a shock conversion kit for my 1949 Chevy 3100 5 window pickup truck. They got me right in because I had some personal business to attend to. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I wasn’t sure if they did smaller jobs but they do and treat them just like any other job. Their work is impeccable. The shop is amazingly clean. They are highly skilled and do the job right, no shortcuts. The owners are super and the staff are very polite.My truck had the old lever type shocks now I have new tube shocks and my truck rides like a dream. Not just because of the shocks but because of the correct installation. The cost of this job was very fair. I thought it was worth every penny. So if you want a highly professional job at a fair price take your ride to B&C. To everyone at B&C thank you so much for taking great care of my truck you are the BEST…..Russ Nephew”

“I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya”
“I was having a problem getting repairs under an aftermarket warranty on our Beetle convertible I bought while living outside the area. I was getting the runaround from the warranty company and a few repair places, but when I got to Ide Collision, I was kindly greeted and after some explanation, Steve Stockton got involved and with a GREAT attitude figured out the issue, and with the help of Nick and Alicia got my claim going and really saved my situation!! “Took my 24’ Raptor in to get the transmission fluid level reassessed due to a low whining sound my 10R60 tranny was making. Shop foreman Steve Malin was very helpful and provided education regarding the expected findings. Coming from BMW M cars, the Raptors are new to me and I’m still getting used to different sounds the platform makes. Steve was able to help answer all of my questions. The only thing I have to zonk the service dept on is how long it took to land an appt. It appears they are frequently booked 3-4 weeks out for appts.”
“Jake did a small rust job for me. He fixed the rusted areas with metal plates and repainted the dog legs by the rear tires. He explained everything, took pictures of the work in progress and had it back to me earlier than what he quoted. I would recommend any woman to get a quote from him as he is not condescending if you ask questions. He is very nice to do business with, professional and his work is EXCELLENT!”
