“Generally really happy with the service here. However recently they have been locking doors during day saying carrier issue be back in 15 mins. Only to see 4 employees behind counter not doing anything.”
“I don't interact with USPS all that often, but whenever I've gone into the office or had to call with a delivery question, the agents I've dealt with have been nothing but extremely friendly and helpful. There's the stereotype of the disgruntled postal worker - and maybe they are - but you'd never know it by the way they treat you as a customer.
