“This place is incredible!!! I accompanied my sister who has an older iphone model that got a few rain drops on the screen and would not turn on. After troubleshooting on her computer to fix it to no avail, I suggested stopping here to see if it could be fixed. The tech that was working, Steve, was SO kind, helpful, and patient. Although her phone required fixing beyond their scope, his knowledge of all things tech (which is a foreign language to both my sister and I) would have typically intimidated both of us to the point where we didn't know what or how to ask the right questions, he really took his time to thoroughly answer EVERY single question we asked. I will 100% return and recommend to anyone experiencing technological difficulties because it was just an all around exceptional experience (even if the phone is beyond repair). I'd imagine the level of knowledge Steve has for his work stems from a passion that cannot be trained or taught by the business itself but in my opinion, he is a GREAT asset that deserves recognition!”

He went above and beyond to find the deal and plan that worked best for us, communicated everything and answered our questions professionally and thoroughly. When an issue arose with the transfer of service creating a long delay, he acted quickly and persistently with the applicable departments to resolve the problem and updated us the whole way.
