Duck Walk Vineyards
44535 Main Rd, SoutholdThis Vineyard offers a peaceful and scenic spot to enjoy wine on Long Island's North Fork. We all did a tasting and really enjoyed our drinks--each pour had its own unique flavor, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor setting is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful vineyard views that make for a relaxing afternoon. However, one downside we noticed was that nearly every chair outside had bird droppings on them. It didn't seem like they were regularly cleaned, which took away from the otherwise stunning setting. On the bright side, the indoor space is just as welcoming--and even better, dogs are allowed inside! It's also worth noting that while they don't serve food, several guests brought their own snacks to enjoy with their wine, which seems to be encouraged. There was a good crowd while we were there--enough to feel lively but not at all overwhelming. All in all, Duck Walk is a beautiful, dog-friendly spot to enjoy a laid-back wine tasting--just maybe double-check your seat before sitting down! **My reviews are designed to give a clear picture of each spot's food and drink options, taste, atmosphere, pricing, and--most importantly--how pet-friendly it really is. Duck Walk Vineyard
231 Montauk Hwy, Water MillI really enjoyed this stop in NY! Such a great experience! Definitely recommend getting the tasting option so you can try a selection. We sat outside and walked through the garden with the grapes. The bartender was very helpful suggesting the wines. Gorgeous layout!
