“This place is amazing. Great, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable staff. This place literally has everything and anything ypu may need for a small diy project and a larger build. Perfect example of a well kept small, local business. Great job guys.”
“Staff is awesome. Chase, Ethan and Billy helped me remove a rivet screw and then gave me the exact screw/washer/bolt setup needed to repair my chair. Superior service that can’t be matched at larger hardware stores.”
“Clifton Park rules! We just moved into the area and the team was wonderful helping me select paint and offering advice to make the job easier. When I encountered an issue the store manager stepped up immediately and resolved the issue completely. Customer service exists! Full disclosure: I am not related to nor have I socialized with any members of the team. I really was impressed.”
“Went in for a sump pump. What a fantastic store. Employees were awesome and very friendly. Everything was super organized and the store was immaculate. I'll definitely give this place my business in the future.”
“Best hardware store on the planet. You cannot walk in this place without three people asking if they can help you. They know everything about everything, and bring you right over to where the item you need is located. And they're happy to help, unlike the folks in the home Depot and Lowe's, who run away from customers at all costs. What a pleasure to have this store in our community.”
“Super friendly staff!!
I was told about this place by a friend but hesitant because of the distance from where I live, but it was worth it! Lots of options and cute had crafted things as well!”
“I needed 4 screws that totaled $0.99. The service I received was a million times that.
Successful businesses treat the $1.00 customers the same as the $1000 customers!
Give them your business!”
“I love this little hardware store. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They usually have what you need for most diy projects everytime ive been there. A little difficult fitting a big vehicle through their parking lot out back but other than that perfect litrle local store”
“Harbor freight has increased the quality of the items they sell over the years, and are actually a great source for reliable products that will get the job done.”

“I’ve only visited the Counter at Capitol District Supply in Albany a few times over the past few years, but every visit including today has been a great experience. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get what you need. Their prices are fair, and the overall service is top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for heating and plumbing supplies.”

“I see why this place gets decent reviews. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me out with a ton of questions. Was able to make the purchase I needed. Would recommend.”
“Best place in the city for home improvement! I had an amazing experience working with Nicole, Sean and denise to do a kitchen from zero all the way to something incredible. A lot of time spent to design they don't rush you to just get you sign and pay and move to the next person, they spent as much time it needs to have the best outcome. Definitely recommended, you will get the best service, price, and quality ? ?.”
“Tom heat design team did a great job of help me with my navien hw/boiler. Very helpful in getting me the parts I needed and suggesting parts I didn’t know I would need but did need upon the install. Thank you very much.”

“Dan and Ken at Winsupply are absolute LEGENDS. I walked in needing plumbing supplies and walked out feeling like I had just been personally guided through the gates of Valhalla by two men holding ProPress fittings.
These guys know everything. Pipe, fittings, valves, obscure parts nobody has seen since 1987, they will find it, explain it, and somehow have it on the counter before you finish describing the problem. Dan and Ken don’t “provide customer service.” They perform miracles with purchase orders.
If Winsupply ever builds a Mount Rushmore, Dan and Ken better be on it. Five stars is nowhere near enough. Give these men raises, a parade, and naming rights to the building.”
“Lee and the staff do a great job i did a remodel they help me with counters, flooring, windows and door they all where very friendly and courteous. And the prices where great i love going there”
“Went for some lumber and a few items to frame my basement. Randy and Tim were fantastic! They helped me find what I needed, and delivering the lumber tomorrow (no cost for delivery). Their lumber is high quality and straight, unlike what I found at the chain stores. This place is awesome!!!”

“It's so nice having this store in the community. I'm able to get a lot of what I need here without having to take a drive anywhere. There's some fun and unexpected stuff here too like canning supplies, which was really convenient for me. Staff are also super friendly and helpful.”
“Cara in Latham and Jeff in Albany are why I do business with Herzog's paint. Above and beyond service. I can ALWAYS count on getting my job done. See you soon. ?”
“Went to get top soil, grass seed, and hay cover. Was helped by the nicest young lady. She came right outside to help us. Didn’t have to go looking for assistance. Very knowledgeable. Great prices too. I’ll definitely be back!!!”

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. I am looking to purchase a rooster maybe 2 months old. I have 10 hens. Here’s a question May 8 of this year I purchased 8 chickens. I let my granddaughter and her friend pick them out while I paid and purchased feed. Anyway I have 3 chickens who are about the size of a mourning Dove. They are 3 months old but so little cay you tell me what kind they are. I have learned my lesson never again will I leave 2 16 year old girls to pick any more chicks alone. They also picked 2 meat chickens to save their lives”

“I needed to fix my fence so my dog stops running away. I was wondering the store in the garden section looking for some fencing materials when Christina came up to see if I need help. She was very kind and didnt make me feel silly for not knowing which materials to get. She directed me to the correct area and gave me some ideas as well. I appreciate the help without making me feel like I didnt know what I was doing. Thank you. Also there have so much great and handy items here. Im coming back to help get my apartment ready for winter. A great find with great staff”
