Whenever I’ve needed help, whether it was losing my access code or just having general questions, the team has always been responsive and adaptable. They call back even when they’re busy, which says a lot.
Most recently, when I was moving out, they went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to walk me through the move-out policy. That kind of proactive communication is rare. Good customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this team delivers every single time. Highly recommend!”

“First time ever using a storage facility. Choosing a unit & paying online was seamless. Checked in at the office when going to my unit and was helped by Cameron. He gave me advice about gate and lock procedures and also about saving money on my rental. All much appreciated. This is a great, clean facility and I highly recommend either the indoor, climate controlled units or the drive up units. The property is well maintained and easily accessible from the Northway or Rte 9.”
“My experience at Value Space Storage , 850 Hoosick Rd.,Troy. The associate , James was phenomenal. He was very thorough. He showed me the unit. He reassured me that if there were any changes that they would contact me immediately, they don't just up your rent like extra space does and that it is very clean, climate controlled and very reasonable.
