“If I could,.. I would give this place 10 stars!! This place was able to do what Upstate HomeCare could NOT do - provide me with much needed CPAP supplies for my machine. That's right, I'm calling them out by name!!

When my CPAP supplies were low, I made several phone calls to Upstate HomeCare to have new CPAP supplies sent to me. The customer experience was probably the worst I've EVER experienced when dealing with a service provider! It took me about 3 years, with no resolution before I stopped banging my head against the wall, and made the switch to YourCare Medical Supply.

Just as their business name implies (Your Care),.. the staff at YourCare truly do care about you and your customer experience! Within 15 minutes of stopping by the Penfield location, my CPAP supplies were in a bag, and I was out the door!!

“100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore .
