“DuraVac is a fantastic company! They are reliable, professional, and extremely efficient at diagnosing a problem and remedying it.
Our service tech, Dennis, was amazing! He was extremely thorough in finding the issue and making sure it was fixed before he left my house. As it turned out, we needed a new carpet vacuum attachment but he checked the whole system to make sure everything was in working order. The company’s commitment to excellence is very much appreciated. They treat you like they would treat a family member! They really deserve 10 stars!!”

“Marcone is a great business! I diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, but didn’t know the part numbers I needed. I called Marcone, told them the model number of the dishwasher, and they helped me find all the parts I needed. They had everything in stock in Albany, and had all the parts overnighted to me via FedEx. Everything showed up well packaged and went in flawlessly. By replacing all the parts myself, I saved $400 compared to paying the repairman. I couldn’t have done it without Marcone! I already recommended them to my family members.”

“I have had great experiences working with RTV for multiple appliance repairs. They are honest, transparent and upfront about what is involved in any repair. The owner, Andrew, is an exceptional technician and incredibly knowledgeable in the trade. Sometimes the initial attempt at a repair are not always “the fix” but RTV has always followed through and ultimately resolved the issue. I’ve realized that appliances today are far more complicated than machines from 20 years ago and I am glad to have a company like RTV that I can call for help whenever I need them.”
