“I rented a unit for about 2 yrs at the 14 Railroad Ave location in Rochester NY. I had to move because I am moving about an hour away. When leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa the new manager for this location. She was very professional and kind. She wanted to find a facility closer to where I was moving but I'm in an area they don't have any units. She answered my many calls for random things and was very accommodating even though I was moving out. If I ever need a unit in an area that she's managing.. she WILL be hearing from me. She really cares about her renters.”

I am saddened that the prices go up when the kids from RIT need to store their furniture for summer till they go back to school in September. This punishes everybody else that needs a storage.
You should have a lower price for seniors, we are on a fixed income and cant afford the price increases”
“Had a last minute cancellation from another company and called Ken's Neat Moving. They were able to help the next day and were slightly cheaper than the other company.
The crew was kind , courteous and able to move the bulk of the home ( we just have too much stuff ) and we couldn't be happier.

I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries.
