“I called 11 different places from Averill Park to Pittsfield and nobody could get me in for atleast a week to include Chuck Scott. Once I explained that it was my only vehicle the extremely nice lady on the phone, think her name was Sherry, found out they had a cancelation and told me to come now. “I can’t think of any ways my experience could have been better! I am new to the area and to owning a Volvo. Cory and Randall were welcoming, helpful, and quick to take me in. They added little, missing pieces without charging me and walked me through the engine and underpart of the car—And it was the key that was broken! They surely went above and beyond. They also finished the work on my car $100 below estimations; I cannot recommend enough!”

“I brought my car there after my passenger side was hit by another car. The whole process from estimate to pick up was wonderful. The staff communicated with me throughout the process. Since it was covered under the person insurance who hit me, they communicated with the insurance company. My pick up and drop off of the rental car could be done right at the shop. Awesome job on the repair. Looks good as new. Great experience all the way around! Would def recommend.”

Sandra, the co-owner was very nice to me and if I lived closer, I would take it there for vehicle stuff, but at least is walking distance from work.
