In all that time, not a single repair or maintenance job has ever required follow-up work because something wasn't done correctly. What truly sets them apart is their honesty. They clearly distinguish between work that genuinely needs to be done and repairs that can wait—or aren't worth the cost at all. On several occasions, they've advised me against spending money on repairs that weren't practical, even though they could have performed the work and charged for it. That level of integrity is rare and has saved me a significant amount of money over the years.
Their prices are fair, and on at least half a dozen occasions they've taken care of small repairs at no charge. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.

“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. “Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. “Matt was very helpful when I popped in without an appointment for a nail in my tire. Though they couldn’t take me at that exact moment, he gave me a time range for an hour later where they could probably squeeze me in. Though they were busy when I came back, they were kind, polite, and managed to squeeze me in quickly and get me back on the road.
Though I didn’t share it at the time, they were my third attempt to get the tire repaired that afternoon and were able to ensure that I could safely complete a several hour trip scheduled that afternoon!

Brought my car in here and they found out exactly what was wrong with it. They fixed it in 2 days (I told them no rush), and they gave it back to me with a great price.
