“Normally I dread going into this bank branch but today I can say for the first time I left feeling good. The 5 star rating is strictly for Jada the teller who was hands down the best teller I’ve ever dealt with in this branch! Every other teller treats me like I’m a waist of their time or an inconvenience, never greeted and no small talk just stone cold typing that seems like attitude. It’s a miserable environment but Jada was happy and polite, she made small talk, she smiled, she told me to have a great day, all around wonderful human who made me feel like I was a person not a transaction! The rest of the tellers could take notes from her instead of being so cold, manager included! If I see her working from now on I won’t have the dread of walking in!”

“Always happy to help us no matter what we need. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We needed paperwork notarized and we did have a wait. Would advise calling ahead for such things. We wish this branch had a drive thru, they do have a drive up ATM. Remember they close at noon on Saturday. We enjoy banking with them when needed!”

I have several accounts at this location and have never had any problems. And the fraud protection unit really works to keep your debit cards safe. It has worked for me in the past.
