“Always happy to help us no matter what we need. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We needed paperwork notarized and we did have a wait. Would advise calling ahead for such things. We wish this branch had a drive thru, they do have a drive up ATM. Remember they close at noon on Saturday. We enjoy banking with them when needed!”

“I’ve banked with M&T bank for year I don’t have a problem with the people inside the bank at all the only problem I have the atm at this branch in South Gate plaza took my card and didn’t give me it back I had to call M&T bank customer service for them to send me a whole nother card within 3 business days because there indoor atm machine on the left closest to the door took my card and wouldn’t give me it back but again these people inside are the sweetest employees around just beware of the atm machine on the left inside closest to the door it might take your card and not give you it back it’s 5 stars but I would give there atm machines 1 star”
“i Just opened my account a few months ago, and I have nothing but great , things to say about the staff and management, they are very accommodating, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of, their very knowledgeable and know how to help you . you never feel like your putting them out ,hats off to Ethan Duffy (advisor)who has gone out of his way to assist always, never pushes me off to someone else.
