Always a wonderful experience..associates are beyond helpful and kind...quality of bedding and rugs are excellent...so glad this brick and mortar still exists..encourage others to shop or order thru this location so it doesn't 'go away' as so many other retail stores have .

After a difficult and frustrating experience elsewhere, we came here and were helped by Pamela who was welcoming and offered our family an abundance of time and expertise. We are delighted with the large couch we got.

I read bad reviews about the customer service in this store but I went in today and had a very pleasant experience with helpful staff, would be happy to come back again!
