“Purchased a decorative trunk in one location had a sales coordinator call another location to see if another trunk same color and size were available and it was !!”
“Outstanding customer service! I had 2 leather backs that were very soft. They replaced the old with new foam inserts. They are like brand new! Great job! Thanks!”
“Always a wonderful experience..associates are beyond helpful and kind...quality of bedding and rugs are excellent...so glad this brick and mortar still exists..encourage others to shop or order thru this location so it doesn't 'go away' as so many other retail stores have .”
“Alba is so lovely and helpful! She took the time to walk us through the store and help us find what we were looking for. She is quick and thorough with excellent taste. The store set up is beautiful, makes you want to buy everything. I was very impressed and will keep working with Alba- this is how customer service should be like!!”

“Rhina at the Eastchester location was an absolutely wonderful sales person who gave us outstanding service and knew the products and delivery schedules extremely well. I highly recommend using this store and when you do, be sure to ask for Rhina Marcelino.”
