I have dealt with many post offices between Brooklyn and the Bronx and they both are the nicest and most professional of all the employees I've dealt with. The Post office should have them give classes on courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for your great service.”

“Came here on a wing and a prayer to get passports for my children. I noticed a sign stating they were short staffed and were not processing any passports today. I decided to take a chance and ask. I was in luck. Marion told me he could help but he has to take care of the packages and mail first. And if I didn't mind waiting a bit he could help me. I was so appreciative. “This branch has the best workers. My only compliant is that it gets a little too chaotic and disorganized, especially on a Saturday. It is a small space so between the passports and regular mail activities no one knows where to go. This branch would highly benefit from a kiosk.”
“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”
“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

I was a little nervous because I only knew a few simple words in English, but the staff who received me was very patient and carefully told me to pay attention. “Most of the employees here are excellent. Most of the time few customers are in this post office and they behave properly. The location is nice and tidy.

“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. “Thank you to MICHELLE for being informative, calm, professional, and patient. The passport process is not easy to navigate but she handled it gracefully. I came in as a walk in on Saturday (get there EARLY! They only take 5 walk in appointments- first come first serve). I was nervous and thought the wait time would be hours but she was fast and efficient. Super happy it was her that helped with my application.”

“I work nearby and needed to mail something important today, a weekday around 10:30 a.m. There were a couple customers in there, but no line. The lady at the counter (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. No small talk, just business. Exactly how I like it. I was out within 3 or 4 minutes.”

“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”
“Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”
“This is the office located in my. neighborhood, and I have only but positives reviews. Raj the supervisor its very kind and has helped me many times, either over the phone, or at the office, he is so nice and always willing to help, I appreciated that. This morning he help out in order to make the line move a gave me a package that I went to collect. Also Miss Nicole helped me one time when I wrapped a package with duck tape and I didn't know it was forbidden, but she helped me out.

“I would rate my experience more than five stars if I could! Based on the reviews, I was nervous and skeptical about my upcoming appointment. But, this passport office location is top tier and the staff is very professional. And, the on-site parking was an added bonus. I was lucky enough to be served by Gerry who was courteous and patient - he remained pleasant even after having to correct the paperwork a few times! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional because of him. Their existing operational process and routines to book/manage passport appointments are impressive and on point! It was definitely worth the drive to this location! Thank you again, Gerry!”
