I never knew until I needed it. So when I went in for service and mentioned it to Jessica, she got right on it and found a spare for my 2017!! She had it within a week. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank You again Jessica for your excellent customer service.”

“Great shop! Got me in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment for an inspection. I know that may sound like a normal shop, but to be honest I had been struggling to find a shop that would actually inspect my car because it's an EV. I had already gone to 6 different shops over the 2 previous weeks and they all either said 6 hour wait or just couldn't inspect my vehicle because they didn't have the proper lift. I get that EVs have different jack points but honestly some of the previous shops I tried just felt like they didn't want to bother because inspections are such low ticket items and EVs don't have oil changes and other items to up charge with at those appointments. The staff at scruggs was very professional and polite especially for a walk in and I really appreciate that they accommodated me quickly that morning and got me on my way. The funny thing too is that just this week I've had 3 other people mention Scruggs in conversation and how much they like the shops and how good they all were so keep up the good work guys. It's clearly getting out how quality of a shop you are. If you are looking for a good auto shop for a tesla/EV this is definitely the place. More than likely they are just as good for ICE vehicles as well so give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed”
“I am new to the areas and my car began to make multiple different noises. I googled shops near me and found Dadswells! They were able to get my car in quickly, and had my car returned to me the same day! The noises ended up being very minor things - parts needed cleaned and shifted around as they were catching. They took care of it - did not charge me - and I have not heard any of the noises ever since! I was very pleased with the honesty of this shop. Everyone I spoke to explained every step of their process to me, I felt very involved and understood everything they said!”

“I wasn't even a customer getting an auto repair but I had to write an awesome review. I was on the road early in the morning - headed to the first of my 5 doctors appts for this long day and my car warned me that one of my tires was very low. The last time that happened, I got a flat. I had no idea where the nearest gas station was so that I could quickly get air in my tire. And I was afraid I was gonna miss my appointment. I happened to pass this awesome shop and thought - they will surely know where the nearest gas station with air is. So I turned around and asked. They instantly had me pull up and they not only filled my low tire, but checked all the others. Finding that the other 3 were over inflated… they made sure all 4 tires were all set and even replaced a missing cap from one of my tires. They had me safely on the road in 5 mins!!!! I was off to a terrible start to the day and I prayed when I left my house - God please let someone be helpful to me today. And that prayer was answered about 20 mins later by these awesome people and this awesome
shop. Im so grateful. I will be back for future car needs as they arise. You cant beat not only service like that but people who care like that!”

“Bought a used 2018 Infiniti Q50S. Took it to these guys to get it looked over just to make sure everything was okay with it. They were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and found two wheels were severely dented and had been moved to the back so I wouldn't notice. They explained the issue, what my next steps needed to be and even charged me half price for what I was going through. They kept in touch throughout the process and even referred me to someone who they utilize in these types of situations and insisted I recommend them to the place I purchased the vehicle from. Their recommendation was fantastic and worked out well. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you guys!!”
