“Michelle Salemi, assistant to Shawn was incredible. Michelle went above and beyond, driving to East Aurora, to bring a Buick Envision to Williamsville, so we could compare the Equinox side by side with the Envision. She was so patient with us, going over every detail and answering every question. And then, Michelle spent more than an hour teaching us how to maneuver all the new technology. If anyone is looking for a new Chevy go to West Herr. The experience couldn't have been better.”

Walter was my service technician, and he did a very good job as well. Overall great service and great people. Aaa approved shop and Aaa discounts available. They also have their own rewards program. “Initially, I called Just Tow it to tow my car. I called them to schedule a town 9 days ahead. After they blew the arrival time by 30 minutes, I called, and the operator said the driver was on his way. The driver arrived one hour and 15 minutes late after the company stopped answering their phone. I called Dadswell's and they came immediately. My driver was friendly, helpful, and gave me advice on how to tell if a mechanic (where I was headed) is over-charging you. Dadswell's is now my go-to towing service and I will start going there for auto/body work as well. Awesome experience! And shocker -- they answer their phones!”

“Bought a used 2018 Infiniti Q50S. Took it to these guys to get it looked over just to make sure everything was okay with it. They were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and found two wheels were severely dented and had been moved to the back so I wouldn't notice. They explained the issue, what my next steps needed to be and even charged me half price for what I was going through. They kept in touch throughout the process and even referred me to someone who they utilize in these types of situations and insisted I recommend them to the place I purchased the vehicle from. “Purchased four Michelin snow tires . Made my appoint, arrived and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I Waited while the tires where installed and I was keep up to date. I was told around an hour or so. One hour later they car was ready. Checked out and was ask to come back in 50 miles so that the lug nuts can be double check to be re-torqued. Very professional and was a nice experience. Thank you, Mark”
