“I was told that J could transfer my phone and keep my number spent 3 hrs on the phone with an AT&T Rep was told I need a SIM card to complete the transfer. Got the stem card installed it my service was out of network error 14 . Meant the phone was lock by the other company l. 2.5 hours between both company try to undo the situation. I had pay a reconnection fee with the company was trying to leave
AT&T did not want to give me my old number back please be careful when doing business with them they did not inform me of the property way to handle the matter. All the bells and gold and glitter did not add up.”

No stars to the manager who, instead of hearing me out and working to solve my order issue, lectured me on how gift cards work and redirected me to call corporate while they were closed, when the employee who did my order just didn’t scan them in the first place, like I said.”
“Jeffrey made my experience fantastic. My cell phone broke and quickly had to be replaced. He was able to transfer all of my music, photos and apps onto the new phone within an hour. He was super patient and empathetic to me not being tech savvy. I will only go to him for help in the future. “Came in for an upgrade and stayed about an hour till the transfer finished. I just want to applaud the staff for the level of patience and professionalism that I witnessed. When I tell you I have never witnessed someone ask the sales rep “how do I turn my volume up” or someone actually go into a fit cause their bill is 50 cents higher, just props to the staff for keeping it professional and a big shoutout to one of the sales people I forgot his name but his facial expressions while being asked these incredibly ridiculous questions had me bursting out laughing. 10/10”

The store Manager Mariana was the most diligent multitasker I've seen. She was able to help me resolve my issues with the online team. Then she had the experts Jose and Marvin help my family and I open a new account. Marvin was the closer, he was knowledgeable and got us all set up. Though the store got busy while we were there, we never once felt rushed or ignored. Great job to T-Mobile at Cross County!!”
