We insisted on keeping the same number we had for 20yrs so we had to talk to corporate. Also picked up a smart watch for wifey. I can wait until i buy it. Located in cross county mall”

“To say that I'm shocked to see these reviews about this store is an understatement. I've been coming here since I was a senior in high school. I got my first blackberry from them in April of 2010. They didn't have the one that I wanted and said that they can order it. I had completely lost my previous phone and they saw that I didn't have a phone, so my dad put the down payment and they gave me a phone to use while I wait for the blackberry to come in. No other phone store would've done that. I've been coming to them ever since. I've brought multiple iPhones throughout the years for me and my daughter from them, never had any problems whatsoever. I had some technical problems with the phone maybe 6 months ago and they helped me and sent me on my way. Didn't ask to be compensated. And last summer, my daughter went to pay her phone bill, and before I drove off, the guy came out waving money in his hand and said that she paid for 2 separate bills when our phone bills had just become linked together. He definitely could've kept that money and I would've never known. That doesn't sound like business owners looking to rob me, that sounds like honest business owners if you ask me. But to each his own. I however will be paying them a visit tomorrow to fix my cracked screen. Contrary to these other reviews, I will continue to support their business like I've been the past almost 15 years”
“They were so very kind and extremely patient... it took 3 days to port out of the GARBAGE COMPANY I was with (DO NOT GO TO Boost Infinite... they are not Boost Mobile, but they are connected some how, but separate at the same time ~confusing ¿¿)..
