“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep ! “Brought our Accord in for a cv axle issue and the woman that talked with us was polite, professional and quick. She explained the issue we had, the recall that was out for our car etc. They started work in the AM and she called at 345pm same day to say our car was ready for pick up no charge. The recall covered all broken parts and vehicle drove like new after the repair. LeadCar was awesome ? and definitely recommend going to them for help with your Honda.”

“Lee-Ann literally SAVED. MY. WEEKEND. Was put in a huge tough spot when my rental car tire became flat. They went 2 hours out of their way to tow my car to a local mechanic shop - at 4 am on a SUNDAY. But Lee-Ann had a better idea and was willing to try and see if they could fix my tire in their shop versus waiting for a mechanic on Monday. Not only were they able to fix my tire, but because of her I was able to make my appointment on time to return my rental!Some of the kindest, genuine, and most honest people I've met in a long time! They have your best interest at their heart and treat you like their friends or family. Their prices were also extremely fair!Not that I'd ever want to have to use a tow company again (because who enjoys dealing with car troubles?) But if I have to it's definitely going to be them.”

“We bought a new Tiguan from them last year. When we got it home, we discovered that the roof rails were dented. We contacted them and they repaired them as good as new. Recently we had the car in at the local dealer and we mentioned that the interior lights weren't working correctly. After a lot of searching, it was discovered that a clip that had been replaced by Steet Ponte was causing a short. It wouldn't be covered by warranty so I had to contact Steet Ponte and try to get $417 from them for the repair. They came through with the full amount without arguing, fighting, or threatening etc. They took the right, honest, professional route. Well done! Will probably buy my next car from them.”

“A little over a year ago I had brakes done on my Hyundai Kona . A week ago I was hearing a whining noice coming from one of my front wheels. It turns out I had a bad wheel bearing and my front breaks were bad. The manager at the New York Mills Monro suggested that I have the dealer check out the bearing which I did . Happens that it was covered under warranty. I went back to Monro and the manager Joseph covered my brakes under warranty as well. There are honest people out there who don't take advantage of their customers.”
