“I was a vendor at a food festival next to the branch, and I’m really grateful I met Banker AHMED ELFERT. He took the time to learn about my business and what I was selling, then introduced me to Citibank checking account bonus.
He made the whole process easy and helped me open account in just minutes without even going inside the branch. Thanks to him, I should be receiving the $325 bonus after I finish the deposit required, and I was so impressed that I made sure all 3 of my employees open accounts so they could get the bonus too.
He also introduced me to business products and asked me to set up a meeting at the branch to walk me through everything in detail, which I appreciated. I couldn’t get half of this treatment at my current bank and I will make sure to move all my business with citibank going forward.

“I usually do not write reviews, however, I wanted to commend the professionalism and service of Makeida, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Flatbush location. She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”

I was in a very tight situation with a flight to catch later in the evening and needed help reactivating my account, withdrawing my funds, and closing the account. The staff handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with great customer service.
They successfully completed the entire process in about 1.5 hours, which I greatly appreciated given my time constraints. Despite the underwriter asking for documents that did not exist, Melissa worked flexibly to find alternative documents that could work and certified it so the underwriter would accept. I felt that she genuinely wanted to help and I didn't have to worry about being stuck between two hard places. Whatever branch she ends up managing I will be making it my primary branch!”
