Not only did he check to make sure I was getting the right battery for my car, but he came out and replaced the battery for me really quickly. “Gave this store 5 starts because of Russ. No qualms, I just had such a great experience because of him, I’m not knowledgeable about car parts but they seem stocked well lol. Anyway, Russ was a breath of fresh air, I had been to 3 stores and talked on the phone with autozone and all those were poor experiences. I came in, Russ gave me great advice and was very patient and kind even though he seemed to be the only one in the store (this is after the weekend snow). He advised me on the best battery for my car then switched it out for me with great tips and occasional quips that helped make things easier. If nothing else, go here for the good service.”
