“I wanna say, I had one of the best experiences in changing over from another provider I have ever had. At this location the staff were very professional, and friendly especially Stacy she was so awesome!! Cool under pressure when things got difficult if I could give this location and its staff six stars I would !! Thanks so much”

“I had a 1:00 appointment today at Spectrum's Airport Road store. I was assisted promptly by a gentleman named Cam. He went out of his way, above and beyond to assist me. I'm old and Cam came to me rather than having me come to him. He took care of every need and answered every question I had. I never once had to leave my seat and he did it all with a smile. We need a lot more Cams in this world! Now I just pray I got his name correct. Thank You! Earl Cheatham”

“Karyna is fabulous. She is patient and knowledgeable and absolutely the best part of this store. Karyna is constantly concerned about the client. She answers every question and goes to extreme effort to secure customer comfort and needs. Karyna is a shinning star in this store. I have made three trips to this store in the last three months. The difficulty is that the store is often crowded and if you don’t have an appointment, you might have to wait hours for service. Karyna stands out here as an exceptional personnel because not every staff member here has her patience, knowledge and patience.”

“Working with Jared and Victor was a great experience. We knew what we wanted to switch to, and they confirmed the details that worked best for us. Love it. Thanks for a great experience.”
