“I got amazing help from Calix at the Verizon store. First he solved the problem I have with getting a new phone, by suggesting the same phone in a new model, which I am very happy with. He then spent several hours getting it set up so that I could use it with the same apps, etc that I had before, and retrieving all my information from my old phone. Could not be happier with the help I got and the result.”

Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry.
