“Karyna is fabulous. She is patient and knowledgeable and absolutely the best part of this store. Karyna is constantly concerned about the client. She answers every question and goes to extreme effort to secure customer comfort and needs. Karyna is a shinning star in this store. I have made three trips to this store in the last three months. The difficulty is that the store is often crowded and if you don’t have an appointment, you might have to wait hours for service. Karyna stands out here as an exceptional personnel because not every staff member here has her patience, knowledge and patience.”
