I knew this was a bit specific for Lowe’s so went to Ace hardware. Severally disappointed as Ace is no longer what it was. No help what so ever. Went to Lowe’s and did get help but they just didn’t have what I needed. Lowe’s associate suggested I go to William Hardware. Next morning I went to William’s Hardware and after spending collectively 5 hours with all others I got exactly what I needed after 5 minutes at William’s Hardware. . That settles it Williams hardware is always my go to from this day forward.”

I found one of your associates who was up on a ladder and asked him a question. without hesitation he came down and took me over to the right section, I was totally looking in the wrong area. He not only helped me find the coupling I was looking for and asked if I would mind going to my truck to make sure that this was the correct one. Sure enough it was the one he had suggested. I have been to many hardware stores in the past but I have never received such professional courtesy that your associate gave me. He truly cares about his customers. “Sometimes I feel this is my second home. Can’t think of any store I visit more often. Today’s visit was plumbing. I’m looking for fittings when the wife says “Hey there’s that guy that works here. He’s really good”. And she’s right. Kenny is the man for all your plumbing needs at Morehead City Lowes. What would have taken me an hour to find, he had it all in minutes. Hats off to this guy. He knows the plumbing section!!!”
