“Took my own 4 keys to be cut. Paid $4 per key. The young girl totally mauled the keys on the machine. She kept saying she did it right. Obviously she didn't. The other lady came over and offered no correction or credit for my ruined keys. I always try to buy and use “local” but I will def be going to Lowes Buiding Supply from now on. They lost all of my future business over $16.Update: I received personal responses from the owner and the manager, Luke, at New River Building Supply. They couldn’t have been more apologetic and went above and beyond trying to make this right. They offered to reimburse me for the ruined keys and to pay for new keys. I declined the offer only because small businesses have a hard enough time realizing profits and competing with Big Corporate. I thanked them for reaching out and assured Luke that I would definitely be back to shop in my favorite hardware store.”

“Cove Creek Store is a big deal in a small community. They have everything. The best thing? The deli\\ bakery\\restaurant. You've got to see the menu to believe it. I got a Reuben that was messy and delicious! You can get plates if you want, a hot meal, or sandwiches. Lots of good sides. Beverages are from the cooler, no ice. All is take out, no tables. We got our lunch and drove 15 minutes to Valle Crucis Community park to eat it. FYI Cove Creek Breads are the bomb!!!”
“I had a great experience at this store. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I asked an associate named Dylan. He was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic—not just pointing me in the right direction, but actually walking me to the item and even helping load it onto my cart. At other stores or brands, staff sometimes just point, and I still end up not finding it. Many thanks to Dylan!
By the way, I was buying a 32-pack of bottled water. The Lowe’s app showed it as Aisle 1, Bay 1, which wasn’t correct—it was actually located near the entrance. That’s why I couldn’t find it and had to ask for assistance.”
