“Very reliable post office packages get to distribution center quickly and same day very nice staff who each go above and beyond I ship over 500 packages monthly always polite even if I have a bunch without a scan sheet wish they had longer hours on Wednesday and Saturday but top notch staff service and mailing”

“The clerk was very friendly and helpful. You'd have thought I'd never been to a post office to mail things before, but she she was incredibly patient and helpful! I watched her help two other folks in front of me with the same kindness and patience. Highly recommend this post office.”

301 Old Mt Holly Road, Stanley NC 28164
“I had a great experience at this post office. The lady behind the counter with short, salt & pepper hair was very helpful and patient (this was mid December when everyone's stress level is high). I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth things went”

206 E 1st St, Lowell NC 28098
“I give a perfect review because of the customer service given by Stan at this location. He really assists me in sending my packages out without issue for my small business of luxury soy candles. He deserves all the credit for being a good employee for USPS and seemingly a good all around person.....thank you Stan!”

“This is the best kept secret and small. Very nice people that work at this location. All my packages arrived earlier than expected and they made it!! I will always come here! You should too!”

111 Center St, Cramerton NC 28032
“This small post office is located in a block of buildings overlooking the Catawba River and Goat Island. A perfect spot to send off your post cards and it turns out that yes, I had a few that I have been carting around for a bit. Oops. There is not a drop off lane and if there is any sort of good weather, you can expect the parking here to be a challenge. They do have a mailbox right in front. Super easy!”

806 West Central Avenue, Mount Holly NC 28120
“The younger man working the front counter was hilarious! The older men who are usually working up front are quiet and don’t seem like they want to be there. One of them also chooses his own survey responses on the keypad at checkout..”

1882 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia NC 28054
“They are short handed all the time but the lady does an amazing job getting the people through and you have to wait in line a little bit because of only 1 person working the counter.”
-
1101 Sunset Rd, Charlotte NC 28216
“I see a lot of negative comments, but my experience with this location was drastically different. I recently moved into the area and the cluster mailbox key was never given to me by the last owner. The post office staff set up a lock replacement, held all my mail. And they were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Might be new staff. or more training. No idea. But whatever they are doing, please keep doing that.”
