“I only come inside the bank once every few months but the staff remembers me and they are always very friendly and personable. Night and day difference walking in here vs. one of the bigger banks. We also have 2 business loans with them and they have been incredibly easy to work with and fair. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I have banked at this location for 15 years. Have never had a problem with staff they have always been courteous. Sure I have had an occasional check held for several days per the bank policy. Every bank has that requirement they have to protect themselves from theft! I have a feeling that the people that have left negative reviews are angry because they didn't get what they wanted and want to blame the bank for it. Wouldn't go any other place!”
“I have to thank Kendra Graves for this entire experience. I won’t go into detail, but I switched my bank because Truist wasn’t working out. As soon as I walked in the lobby, 2 workers were walking around with iPads in their hand, helping as many customers as possible. One being kendra. Kendra definitely led the team ( it looked like).
I watched Kendra handle me as well as an elderly couple and another younger couple ! She invited me into her office and I had to tell her how much I adored her mannerisms especially towards the old couple and myself. She was so busy but she didn’t let me feel like she was too busy for me.
I had no problem waiting in the lobby. I enjoyed all the customer service I was watching Kendra especially and another bank teller give.
In an odd way I felt like I wasn’t at a bank. It seemed like everyone worked together and cared about the customers. I’m 100% impressed because it was busy. I told Kendra when I was in her office that I Appreciated her customer service. I felt more comfortable opening up a new bank account. Kendra was very relatable and congratulated me on little things in our conversation. I had no idea how a bank experiment could be this delightful.
I hope someone recognizes her. I stopped looking for a bank as soon as I was in her customer care. Thank you Kendra and team for making a usually intimidating experience a wonderful one!! I would give 10 stars if I could”

“I just wanted to say that everyone at this bank location is wonderful! But I wanted to give a shout out to Neil!!! I sent my best friend into the bank to deposit my paycheck since I am disabled. I can sometimes come in but on my bad days I just can’t walk from the pain. I was getting a little cash back and forgot that was going to need me. I want you to know he walked out to check my license to verify me as the account holder! My heart was so touched by this that I will never forget his kindness. The world today is so disconnected and he proves that people do still look at for each other. Neil if you see this thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you!”

“My wife and I were with a large well known bank before we found Sharonview. We started with a HELOC and we’re so pleased how easy the process was. Then a car loan… now they are helping us finance our new home that is being built now. This has been a crazy time to be building a house with construction delays and mortgage rates going crazy, but they have been great to work with. Highly recommend Latoya Barret for mortgage loans. Very glad we made the change!”

“I have banked with Wells for years and have had good service with my accounts. The branch is often busy but the staff is pleasant and works through the que well. The customer service reps are knowledgeable, helpful, but usually most always busy helping customers so I recommended making an appointment through the online app or through the website to minimize your wait. Good staff and branch.”
“We have been using this credit union now since 2012 Why since the build of our home new build . No one else wanted to help us when we wanted to back us for our new build back then . We had nothing but cash yes cash in our 401k as to use as collateral for our new build . They used it. We build our new home with no problems and when the 401k came around to draw on we paid our loan off no problems It was a breeze! No mortgage payments Everything went so smoothly They were the easiest place to work with I have ever seen. When 2016 came around for our trip to Italy they offered a black visa that you can use over seas with no extra charges or overseas charges for. I was like holy cow let's do that. We have two cards in our life discover and this one! This people are so nice to work with. Need a notary on hand - just call ahead and make an appointment- no problem! They got it covered! Love this place. And easy online access Easy online check deposit Easy app for the iPad & iPhone Easy paperless statements Easy transfer's This credit union is so much better than a regular bank! And they have a few nice branches now ! Porter necks 17th street branch is nice with the huge coin counter! Leland branch! Nice people Easy service(s) So leave the regular banks and go to Corning credit union! Because you invest in you !”

“Gina gave us the best service of just about any business I've ever experienced. The computer and printer at the bank was being ridiculous and it took an hour to get our new account setup, but she stayed about half an hour after closing with us to get it done, trying everything to help us. Everything still didn't work by then and we still needed to sign a document, and she literally drove to our house after 8 PM after she finally got the printer to print the document so we could sign. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I told her to not trouble herself but she insisted on doing this for us. The bank came to me instead of making me come to them. Thank you, Gina.”
