“Lovely gifts - I got a whimsical snow globe and a beautiful pendant with the word "possibility." Sadly the whimsy and hope of possibility were soon marred by the PREDATORY TOWING practices of BARNES TOWING at Carr Mill Mall. I thought my car was stolen - I shopped at Carr Mill, made one brief walk across the street to another shop and came back to no car. Well, my car was held hostage by the tow company for this apparent infraction of walking across the street and I could only retrieve it after paying $360 dollars (including a $100 fine for using a debit card instead of cash!). I had to take an uber over 20 min away to find the car.”
“Wish I could remember his name, but I came in near the end of the day yesterday (Tuesday) and he was super helpful. I know what I'm looking for and I'm super low maintenance he was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Being good at your job means being adaptable when working with the public and meeting them where they are (assuming reasonableness) but would recommend him and this location. Just happened to have the last color in my size!”

“My mother and I came here to find shoes following her hip and foot surgery. We were kindly met with Adam, who was so helpful in the process of picking the right shoes. He checked the fit and gave us many options for proper shoes. His recommendations were amazing. Other staff members were also helpful in finding shoes for myself. I highly recommend this business for finding shoes.”

“My recent visit to anthropology mediated all of my prior issues with this store. Historically I avoided shopping in store as this is the only physical location near me and any time I visited the employees were very...awkward. almost as if they were scared of me. I don't need employees to greet me or anything. That doesn't matter to me. But, in the past, the employees at this store were so odd.
Until my recent visit. Everyone was SO helpful and sweet! I had friendly conversations with everyone and felt perfectly comfortable! I found a few pieces I loved, and as I hadn't shopped anthro in a while, I splurged ?
I will say, the selections in store are extremely limited to all anthro offers online. I don't believe the store is too small, I just think they're not optimizing the space they have.
Overall, glad my experience went well and I hope my next visit is the same.”

“I saw a dress I really liked online but have never even considered a Lily Pulitzer dress before so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try it on. I had my toddler with me and I was nervous to bring him in the store because “fancy dress stores” aren’t always ok with little ones (fair enough!) But all of the sales associates were extremely kind and even talked to my son. They were all so friendly and helpful!
They didn’t have the exact same dress but helped me find the shorter version to assess the fit. Thank you to those lovely ladies for all their kindness and help! I guess I’m a fan now!”

“I had a really wonderful experience at this store a few weeks ago! Needed to buy my first suit for an interview, had no idea where to start or what to look for. Tried on a jacket and pants that did not fit, but the salesperson on duty chatted with me about what I was looking for, then brought me several other possibilities to try on, all of which complimented my body type really well and made me feel great. She was warm and so helpful throughout, without being condescending or making me feel awkward. She even steamed the jacket I selected for free and had it ready to go when I came back after finishing up my other shopping.
10/10 great clothes, wonderful customer service.

“Huge thanks to Ivey and his staff for helping me out on 9/3/23 at 3:30PM when I had to get some new running shoes with my two small children in toe. They could've been frustrated and instead they were extremely helpful even taking a second to help distract them while I tried on a pair of shoes. I'm so sorry for not remembering the names of the two ladies that helped me as they deserve a high amount of praise. Forgive me! Thanks to these two ladies, I was able to find what I needed & would normally would've been a stressful experience was in fact a delight. Thank you Rack Room Team at South Point Mall!”

“First time I went was an EXCELLENT experience. 5 stars, no reservations! Second time I went I worked with a different clerk who was impatient, distracted and rude. He walked away while I was still asking for color/size of shoes, and came back with wrong size, then acted like I was being unclear. I was one of only two customers in the store, and there was another employee working, so he wasn't overrun or anything. It's not a store you can shop without help (the shoes are kept in the back, so a clerk has to get your size for you), so service of clerks was really important.Store is well organized, clean, generally welcoming, and intuitive to navigate. It lost a star from me for what was probably one employees bad day.”
