“What was suppose to take a month took just under 2 weeks. The truck came back looking factory. I even contacted the rep afterwards for the smallest of issues and they were super awesome about getting me back in without an appointment and adressed my concerns same day! They do great work and seem to stand behind it! Hopefully I never have to use them again but if the situation arrives where a body shop is needed I wont hesitate to come back!”

“This is the greatest place to buy pads and rotors. This spring I was at a track and I had forgotten my extra pads at home, a 20 hour drive away. I called KNS brakes on a Friday late morning hoping for a miracle and KNS delivered. They were able to confirm that a next day delivery would happen. “I came to this autozone to get a free diagnostic test for why my vehicle’s check engine light was on and why it was having issues stalling and having trouble turning on. Derrick and Castro helped with this test, and the result was that I needed a new CKP sensor. They had the part at the store, which I purposed, and they also had a mechanic on site that I was able to have come over later in the day and change it for me. Everyone was such great help and so nice and friendly. I highly recommend receiving service from here!”

“Great fast service was able to get my key cut for my car without the car by bringing in my Registration and my Driver's License . The parts worker was very informative on the fact that I get my car re- keyed to keep the information so that if I ever need to rekey it I just bring in the information and another key can be made . Because the system does not automatically update.”

“Tonight I went in to get an item that I had no idea of the name for the parking shield under my car. When I entered I was greeted and offered assistance, what I thought was simple turned out to be more complex. Michael went out of his way to go to my car and look under the shield to see exactly what kind of "gadget" I needed. He picked out a few sizes and measured them to be sure and got me situated. I eventually learned they are called rivets! I am so grateful that Michael was so kind, patient, and willing to help. He did what looked difficult to me but still made it easy to do all with pleasurable customer service. I am so glad I did put this off another day like I was going to because I would have most likely missed this extensive help. Thank you, Michael, for not just doing your job, but going the additional mile and being a great representation of Advance Auto. I hope you receive the goodness back 10 fold.”
