Employees are always eager to help, including the GM. Being a passionate DIY'er / weekend warrior, I've been pleasantly surprised at the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees across a wide range of home improvement topics, and their suggestions have been spot-on! Product selection has been surprising, too: this Ace also seems to carry most everything that I generally used to get from the other home improvement stores (just don't expect big box brands, like Ryobi or Kobalt, or a showroom floor of kitchen/laundry appliances).”
