“We had a pretty complex order. We needed to upgrade two phones, swap another phone, add service and do some trade-ins. We had Tyler help us brilliantly. There were three groups of needing help and he professionally helped them in the order they arrived, made sure their issues were dealt with, kept us appraised of when he would be able to help us and when he did, expertly took what we though was a complex order into an organized experience. Everyone who needed a new phone, got it. Everyone who needed to swap a number to another phone got it and everyone who needed service added to their phone got it. The process didn't take too long, Tyler was pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. He is clearly a professional, he clearly knows what he's doing and he did a great job - At this point, even though there are two other AT&T stores less than 10 minutes away, I'd go to this store again and again simply because we had the very best experience with Tyler. “Andy helped me but everyone in the store was great. I used to go to a different Verizon store but I had a better experience at this one. Some hiccups that weren’t the fault of the employees and they were very gracious and helpful. Vincent also helped entertain my toddler while Andy helped me.”
