The service was great from walking in the door ordering our food all the way until we left. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere at the restaurant was nice as well.

128 NC-107, CashiersEverything was great. The Pretzles were some of the best I've had! I really liked my Turkey Reuben as well as the Chicken Sandwich. Also both beers we tried were very good!!! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the ordering feels rushed at the counter and there is no table service. However, despite the restaurant not being full service, they still expect you to tip like it is (18-25% recommended). Other than that we both enjoyed Whitsides!

The Ugly Dog Pub-Cashiers
25 Frank Allen Rd, CashiersThe food was excellent and the service was top notch. I highly recommend The Ugly Dog to eat. I got an hour down the road and stop for gas and realized I left my credit card behind. I called the restaurant and one of the servers was nice enough to mail my card to my house. Not too many places would do that. I'm very grateful to the employee. I won't hesitate to stop again.
