Let’s talk about the FOOD! Everything we tried was absolutely fantastic! From the crispy fried catfish and delicious fried chicken to the hamburger steak, country-fried steak, and even the liver and onions, every single dish was packed with that authentic, made-from-scratch Southern flavor. And those homemade country sides? They were the perfect finishing touch! The sweet tea was OFF THE CHAIN! Seriously, some of the best!
But what truly makes Miss Lois’s so special isn’t just the food. It’s the wonderful ladies who work there! Their kindness, attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and the way they make everyone feel welcome are the secret ingredients that make this restaurant unforgettable. It’s those little personal touches you just don’t find everywhere anymore. They don’t just serve you a meal; they make you feel right at home.
By the time we finished eating, we were so full we couldn’t even think about dessert! But if the desserts are anything like the rest of the food, I’m sure we’re missing out on something amazing!
Miss Lois’s isn’t just a restaurant. It’s an experience, a little piece of nostalgia, and a reminder of what good old-fashioned Southern hospitality is all about.
We absolutely loved our visit and will DEFINITELY be back!

The seating was fast, We started with fried mushrooms that were super hot, crispy (not greasy), then shared a large pepperoni, large cheese and a medium buffalo blue pizzas that were excellent.
I can be a bit picky about pizza and there are lots of different types of pizza, so finding their pizza gave me a new go to place. And thank you to Stephanie for being such a great waitress, she was attentive, kind and always checking in. We can’t wait to go back!

I got my F3 Savannah kitten two months ago and he has been an absolute dream cat — they do a FANTASTIC job of bringing these cats up. My little boy has a sweet and friendly temperament, just as Betsy had described. Beautiful coat and markings with a wonderful personality, I literally could not be happier with how things have turned out.
But the best thing about Belle Hollow is that they are there to help you along the way. If there is anything you want advice or support on, they are always responsive. Betsy knows these cats exceedingly well, has talked me through questions big and small, and she and Stan just *genuinely* care about their cats and want them to thrive and be happy. If you are considering different breeders, just go with Belle Hollow. No question. You will not be disappointed!
