Mast Mobile Pet Care & Acupuncture
FranklinThank the stars for not only a wonderful, kind, and gentle Dr. Mast, but for taking her warmness on the road with her and to each residence. I first met her in 2008, when she was at Appalachian New River Vet in Boone. My 15-year-old-kitty at the time was diagnosed with kidney disease. Dr. Mast was the only Vet who gave me hope of enhancing her life as long as possible. My kitty lived another two years. Dr. Mast was the one who was with us at her "end-of-life." After she began her Mobile Vet business, what a relief! She was at my cabin today, giving my dog and my "new" rescue kitty an examination. Now, it is my 14-year-old rescue Lab/Boxer that needs the most attention. She made some valuable suggestions and gave a plan of action. To not have to leave one's residence, is such a stress-reducer to my family and for me!

Noah's Ark Companion Animal Hospital
1239 Old Murphy Rd, FranklinThey care about you and your pet. Everyone in the office was wonderful. Dr. Todd took so much time with me to make sure I understood what was happening. He also went over the medications a second time with me knowing I was overwhelmed. I am so thankful for Noah's Ark!

Slanted Window Tasting Station
587 Harrison Ave, FranklinLooks fun! Can’t wait to visit
*Edit* I reviewed the restaurant before they opened. Having now been several times, I can now leave a more formal review. A cheese board or a flatbread is a solid option when it comes to food. For beverages I have opted for a spritz or a lighter cocktail usually. Atmosphere is really cool and down to earth. It can be a bit loud when they have live music happening but that might be your thing! Solid little restaurant.

Caffè Rel
459 E Main St, FranklinThis place is a hidden gem!! I was hesitant on trying it due to its location being adjacent to a gas station but as soon as you step inside you forget all about that. The mussels were absolutely fantastic and the portions were generous having plenty to take home, the cocktails were great and our waitress was extremely sweet and on top of everything to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, I wish I would have remembered her name but she was amazing and even took our leftovers and packed them up for us in the kitchen! Can’t wait to go back!!

Jaxon's Downtown
381 Depot St, FranklinThis local BBQ restaurant is well loved by locals and will draw you in with the delectable smells from the pit out back. There id something for everyone on the extensive menu.
