25 Logan Crk Trl, SapphireThe food was great with one exception. The pot stickers, garlic knots, salmon BLT, and sides were great. For dessert, the chocolate cake, caramel cheesecake, and beignets were amazing.
However, the St. Louis ribs were doused in an extremely hot barbecue sauce, which was not at all sweet. It's like they mixed an entire bottle of hot sauce into the barbecue sauce. My libs burned for several minutes after eating. It's sad because the ribs were fall-off-the-bone, but were ruined by the sauce. Please note on your menu that the sauce is hot and give an option for no sauce or sauce on the side (for carryout).

The Fix Restaurant Bar and Lounge
3093 US-64, SapphireThe rosemary chicken pasta dish was good but the chicken itself was questionable, I really liked the mushrooms and pasta 10/10. The service was a little slow but to be expected when its busy and you have a large party. Peach cobbler was excellent, highly recommend getting dessert! First time in the area and I would come back to try different dishes :)
