Micas Mountain Kitchen
25 Logan Crk Trail, SapphireThe food was great with one exception. The pot stickers, garlic knots, salmon BLT, and sides were great. For dessert, the chocolate cake, caramel cheesecake, and beignets were amazing.
However, the St. Louis ribs were doused in an extremely hot barbecue sauce, which was not at all sweet. It's like they mixed an entire bottle of hot sauce into the barbecue sauce. My libs burned for several minutes after eating. It's sad because the ribs were fall-off-the-bone, but were ruined by the sauce. Please note on your menu that the sauce is hot and give an option for no sauce or sauce on the side (for carryout).
