I usually stop in to get my favorite energy drink that is not sold at many gas stations in the area. The folks are kind and the store is clean. There's also lots of parking if you're just looking to stop in to grab snacks.”

“First off there is a separate bicycle parking area with a nicely maintained repair stand. I was expecting to lock up to a tree or light pole so having a good place was super welcoming. I was impressed with the overall high standards: clean and neat inside and out with courteous and helpful staff. There's a fairly large outdoor area with picnic tables. Could be a great pre or post ride stop for folks biking in Duke Forest off Whitfield or along Weaver Dairy.”

They are great with communication and always very honest about what work is worth your money, or options to try first. “Love their business owner! Jim is such a friendly southern gent and his sister (usually behind the cashier register) is a real sweet lady. This is one of the few gas stations I can say I feel safe to walk in at night. Safety is a high priority for any female so its nice to have a place that consistent in that regard. If you are into wine then you are in for a real treat! This place STAYS STOCKED constantly. They also have beer and regular types of liquor in the back. Sometimes they get a little fancy and have cold brew in stock. I like their snack selection too. Its my favorite quick stop in town when I'm in a rush near the downtown area.”

“I needed to tow my Volvo to the dealership because the key was stuck in the ignition so my roadside company called Bob's Towing. The tow driver said the only thing that's wrong is the battery is dead. The key won't come out with a dead battery. He charged the battery and the key came right out. He saved me tons of money from the dealership! Not to mention the driving back to the dealership with someone else wasting both our times. I'm so glad there are people like the man from Bob's Towing still out there is this world. THANK YOU!”

I told the guy (Efrem) as I was leaving that I appreciated this, and he was super nice...and he was also sweeping at the time so it was obvious he really cares about his space!”

“Visited this gas station at 2:20 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Stopped in to get air in my tires. while the machine does cost $2, I was able to fill up all 4 tires and for once along my travels…the machine PSI matched what my tires gauges were reading. Stopped inside to ask for directions and the employee could not have been any sweeter and more helpful. The store looked clean and was well-stocked! I recommend ✅”
