“I've been coming here everyday for the past 8 years. The place is always well stocked and clean. The crew that works here no matter the time of day is always extremely friendly, helpful, and great at what they do. It's strange because even though this is a large chain they've somehow managed to make it feel like a local neighborhood convenience store. Wish this store and people who work here nothing but the best.”

“The attendant at the gas station was super helpful today. I didn’t have my membership card and my app was glitching but he found my account and sorted it out at the pump.”
“I needed gluten free flatbread to make homemade pizza. I'm not familiar with GF bec it was for a guest. I approached the bread man who was stocking named Kevin. He was super nice and all he had was loaf and he directed me to the bakery/deli section after telling me to also check frozen. I headed first to deli. A nice young woman named Jamiya in the deli, instead of telling me where to look, walked me all over the store including back to the bread guy to get more info on GF. We went to refrig biscuit section w/ no luck, pie crusts section then finally found GF frozen pizza dough. Another employee Kirsten helped join in the search as well. Jamiya even read off some of the ingredients/directions on the packaging bec I could not see very well. Outstanding service! I haven't been treated this well in a very long time. Bravo Harris Teeter! I wanted to do a HT survey but there wasn't one on my receipt. This is my new go to store. Has it's gas station at bottom of parking lot- very convenient.”

“Really nice man that rents or is the owner of the store and gas pumps. I don't do hardly any business except for gas every once a month or so and to pick up a lighter and a pack of BCs, but that's it. I've tried getting air in my tires but the air pump stays broken down. nice people though.”

“Non-ethanol gas is available here. Ethanol free gas pumps are located every other pump station with blue handle. Diesel fuel is available too, every other pump. Lowest price I found.”
“Normally I would rate this store location a 5 but due to the new night time closing employee I have to strongly disagree. That woman has the nastiest attitude ever. She seems to close the store early on the nights she works. Never mind the long lines of customers that usually are waiting at the door trying to make their last minute dash to the store. The store is losing a lot of night time revenue because of this in addition to her rude & nasty attitude which is causing customers, including me, to visit the more friendly store across the street. I will only visit this store from now on in the morning, when the sweet older lady works or the nice stocky gentleman who works at night are on duty. I will not be wasting my time or energy w someone who clearly doesn’t know how to give good customer service.”

“The gas selections at this Exxon are in terms of Ethanol percentage opposed to your usual diesel, regular, and premium selections.
If you are unfamiliar with ethanol percentages as it pertains to gas I would highly suggest going to the BP next to the Exxon.

“This is probably the best gas station in this area of Durham. Ive been going here since it opened. The gas prices are always the lowest in town, the customer service is excellent, and the store environment is always clean, inside and out. For this area (and street) in Durham, this place is very safe. If you are looking for cheap gas near you, THIS IS THE PLACE!”
“Very neat and clean store, in an interesting part of town. Came here for the cheaper gas prices, compared to other stores a bit further away. The store associates were very nice and attentive, and I really appreciate their professional dress. I wasn't expecting to see that, when I walked in. This store is definitely a diamond in the rough. “I thought they only have this in Goldsboro where I live but it was quite interesting to see another one. I'm not sure if it was a drive-thru but it looked like it and they have a little bit more than Goldsboro because they actually have venda machines in front of the gas stations. So that made it super special and pleasing to me. Very quiet. I think it's in a gray area. I just wished I would have actually went up to the window so I could have seen what they had in there but I loved it. They should make more stations just like that”

“Two weeks ago,I passed by this bp in the evening. went to the store to grab me a drink..a customer was complaining about his card being double charged at the pump...he really escalated and cursing the cashier,,the cashier despite being cursed ,he humbled himself and talk him through it and he was able to de-escalate the situation..what a nice customer service, I think his name is Kevin or so..”

“Jeff & John are the best in the automotive repair business. Sharp, reliable, and reasonably priced.
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They were able to take my ‘95 Lincoln town car in at 8:00am in the morning upon me showing up, they said they would complete a diagnostic check for the engine which had a misfire in cylinder 5. By 5:00pm the same day, the misfire was remedied and the car ready to be picked up.
Additionally, John gave me a run thru of the parts & labor costs and gave me a clear picture of what it would cost to also fix the A/C, telling me it’s something I could manage myself if it was the problem he predicted.
10/10 Will return.
