Make sure your item is taped. They don't offer tape, its not a requirement. Hope this helps. Beside that, easy process.

I prefer a drop off with a real human. They did good, my package made it just fine.

Emma is really generous and helping. Was moving out of Charlotte and had 10 boxes and did not know any thing about dropping off the packages never done that before. Emma helped with the whole process. I had a flight the next day, so it was really important to ship those boxes. Thank you Emma.
