Essence was spectacular! I usually shy away from FedEx because in the past I’ve had terrible customer service. She greeted me right at the door and answered all the questions I had! Went to ship something off and the employee Essence was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgable and you can tell she knew her job very well! We had a long line and thanks to her i was still out quickly. I will definitely be back thanks to her!
