The store is bright and open, clean and stocked don't know why others complain about it because they have nothing else to do Ryan took great care of my warranty even though my lawnmower was there for over a month THERE IS A THING CALLED PATIENCE I know everyone has rhier problems with the public but they do tell you before you drop it off how long it will take to service it (some folks just don't listen) but I live this place keep up the good work Ryan and keep Jeff and Ana Thank you and God bless you guys ?”

“Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. I mostly worked with Juan but Adam (store manager) was also very kind and helpful. We started the process of designing online then went in store to see items in person. Juan walked me through the process and spent 1:1 time to make adjustments and provide guidance on the project. He was unbelievably patient with our questions and changes WITHOUT sales pressure, which is key. Equally the cost of the same exact brands at a boutique shop were significantly cheaper.
Bottom line, if you want to be woo'ed and spend more on a flashy presentation and do less leg work, Home Outlet won't be for you. But if you're willing to put some work in, head there. Honest guys, much less forceful, genuinely kind and knowledgable.”

“After spending a very frustrating 2 hours+ plus on the phone the other day, trying to find someone who could, or would at least be willing to take a look at the electric motor on my plumbing auger, and get it back running properly. I finally ran across this hidden gem on Nations Ford Rd.Initially, they told me that it might be up to a week, as they were considerably backed up with prior commitments.However, the very next morning, I was pleasantly surprised by a call from the store letting me know that my auger was ready to pick up.Doing my due diligence upon arriving, we plugged it up and tested it. They had this machine back up and running like it was brand new.Consider me, extremely impressed. They work on electric motors and service air compressors and framing guns as well.They have plenty of inventory, and their prices are extremely reasonable.All of the staff members that I interacted with were both friendly and willing to assist in any way possible.If you are having a service issue with a work-related electric motor, then make sure that this is your first choice.If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like.
