Laura's customer service was exemplary today at the Steele Creek NC store. We were attempting to open a credit card and make a purchase and we ran into a small snafu. Was looking for some firewood in preparation for the extreme cold moving into our area. Saw online that this home depot had it in stock. Found a associate right away who pointed out where it was and how to go about making my purchase. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience.
