“The customer service here was excellent! I came in yesterday (Thursday) after calling to inquire about the red Annie’s. They weren’t in stock in the store, but the gentlemen I spoke to was super helpful and welcomed me to come into the store and try another color on to see how they fit and told me that he could get them ordered for me asap if I liked them. I came in the next day and he was there, friendly and helpful as ever, as was the girl he was working with who grabbed the boots for me. “Anytime I have an event or am going out I always start with shoe trends. I was looking for a heel that would stand out and I found it. They have a variety of shoes on clearance daily sorted by size. They follow whatever the current trends are while including classic styles as well for anyone who does not want to follow the fads. The prices are very affordable. They also sell purses so you can accessorize your outfit too.”
“the store is full of clothes that are so obviously carefully picked to be statement pieces you won’t find elsewhere. The owner is incredible and will go above and beyond to help you find something that’s perfect for you and so clearly cares about everyone who walks into her store. In terms of affordability you won’t get price gouged and everything seems reasonable. I couldn’t recommend this place more.”
“My physical therapist recommended this store to me a few years ago, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable that when I needed to find shoes for my 16yo autistic daughter who toe-walks and has sensory issues, I went straight back to this store.
John and Margaret assisted us. They devoted a good bit of time and attention to understanding my daughter’s issues and needs. They then narrowed down the overwhelming field of choices to three and helped Harriet choose between them. It was a stellar experience, and Harriet is very happy with her purchase.

“Me and my girlfriend were behind the man that alleges that he was forced out at closing time, and I just wanted to clear up that from what we saw and heard, that was not the case. She was patient with him while he held up the line taking pictures of the boots he was purchasing and asked her multiple times for a 20% discount and she told him the best she could do was 10% if he got two pairs so that’s what he did. He then proceeded to take his bags and continue to look around the store at 7:10. He was never told to leave, and at one point, my girlfriend, who also speaks Spanish, politely told him that she thought they were closing. Our experience was great, and we will be back.”

“What a treat this Madewell location is! Absolutely stunning collection of fall / winter clothing, and even better than the clothes are the kind, helpful women working there! I came in with my mom last weekend, and we can’t say enough good things! Sandra greeted us with such a radiant smile! She masterfully helped my mom find the perfect fit and cut of denim that she was looking for (btw, my mom called me tonight and raved about the pair she bought!) and was very attentive throughout the try-on process! A lovely woman named Devin was working the register, and she went above and beyond to ensure my mom found the wash of jean she desired.
What a buzzing and beautiful atmosphere with incredible women running the show! This trip was one of the highlights of my mom’s visit! Will definitely be back!”
