“Cannot say enough good things about Todd and ToolTime! My wife and I were traveling from western North Carolina to Raleigh when our 2011 Grand Cherokee decided it needed a new radiator. It was late in the afternoon and we called Todd, after several dealers told us they couldn’t fit us in for up to a week! Based on the information we shared with Todd, he explained what the repair would involve and said that he could fit us in the next day. We managed to get the car to him around 4:30, stopping every couple miles to top off the leaking radiator. A quick look and Todd confirmed the repair that was needed (radiator replacement). He provided an estimate of the cost and assured us he could get it fixed the next day. Off we went to a nearby hotel. When we called the next morning, Todd explained that he had just gotten back from the post-repair test drive and the car was ready! He stayed late the night before to take everything apart so he was ready the next morning when the parts came in. Try getting that kind of service from a dealer!We don’t ever wish to be stranded with a broken down vehicle but it is very reassuring to know that there are honest, conscientious service shops out there like ToolTime that you can rely on when trouble strikes.Since we live two hours away, it’s not likely we’ll ever have another chance to work with Todd, but I am grateful for him and the experience we had with him and his shop.”

“I recently went to Express Oil Change in Clemmons and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and they got me in and out in no time. I didn't even have to leave my car or arrange a ride for my inspection (all that without an appointment). They also do a free basic inspection with every oil change, which is awesome!
They offer a lot more than just oil changes, like brakes and tires, so it's a convenient one-stop shop. The price was fair, and they even had some coupons available online. Definitely my go-to spot for quick and easy car repairs and turn ups. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking and seating inside.”

We literally called JD a hero for the excellent service, from taking time to check accurate details, several price ranges, and telling us exactly what we needed to be safe, and never upselling or trying to push at all.
We needed several major items taken care off, and were personally shown the wear & damage, given estimates and options, but most of all JD let us figure out our needs, let us get a plan and budget, then made it happen to his best ability.
Everyone here is incredibly friendly but professional, even short-staffed, they checked on everyone, met all questions and this is the second time we've come here over ANY other shop, and will keep giving our business to this location, nothing and no one comes close!

“Kahle has been working on my cars for many years, prior to me he worked on my father’s cars, many of them. He was always top notch! After dad died I kept bringing my cars here. Kahle is honest, upfront, hard working and dedicated. His fees are well worth the work he puts in. You can rest assure he is doing everything possible to fix your car CORRECT. I have had minor work to very extensive head replacement work done. I have had great experiences with ISC. From when they were in the little shell station on LVC to the current location, a decade or longer of trusting him with any car i owned! Clutch, batteries, tires, belts, engine lights, fuel lines, etc etc. if he tells you he can fix it, he can and he will!”
