“After a recommendation from a friend I recently stopped by Carolina Interiors in Concord, NC, looking for window treatments for several rooms in my home after a disappointing experience at a local home improvement store where I couldn't get any assistance. The difference at Carolina Interiors was remarkable.
As soon as I walked in on a Saturday, I was greeted by Joel Blackwelder, who immediately took the time to understand my needs and guide me through the process. From start to finish, Joel provided outstanding customer service and made everything easy.
Joel, along with installer Randy, came to my home to ensure all measurements were accurate before ordering my plantation shutters. A couple of months later, the shutters arrived and were installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They look absolutely beautiful and have made an incredible difference in the appearance and feel of my home.
I truly appreciate everything Joel did to make this such a positive experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional.
