“After a recommendation from a friend I recently stopped by Carolina Interiors in Concord, NC, looking for window treatments for several rooms in my home after a disappointing experience at a local home improvement store where I couldn't get any assistance. The difference at Carolina Interiors was remarkable.
As soon as I walked in on a Saturday, I was greeted by Joel Blackwelder, who immediately took the time to understand my needs and guide me through the process. From start to finish, Joel provided outstanding customer service and made everything easy.
Joel, along with installer Randy, came to my home to ensure all measurements were accurate before ordering my plantation shutters. A couple of months later, the shutters arrived and were installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They look absolutely beautiful and have made an incredible difference in the appearance and feel of my home.
I truly appreciate everything Joel did to make this such a positive experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Because of the service I received, Carolina Interiors has earned a loyal customer, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
Highly recommended!”
“Excellent experience. We met with a design consultant who helped us with our design or 2 bathrooms. There was an excellent selection. I had to return twice for more items and each time was great.”
“This local store really has my heart. I’m such a proponent of shopping local and it’s even better with cute stuff and great staff to help! Love it here!”
“From the moment I entered the showroom, it was a positive experience. Mr. Keyshawn James was welcoming and quite helpful; not pushy, but patient as I explored several options for a new dining set. The store even allowed me to take home some samples of wood / upholstery to see how the colors would look in my current dining space. I’m looking forward to my new furniture in a few weeks and to seeing how my home is even more beautiful and inviting!”

“Store has a wonderful variety of pillows and home decor for the seasons. Tons of lamps and pictures but best of all dinnerware of all kinds. Serving pieces that you can’t find anywhere else. Love the selection of unusual and unique housewares. ❤”
“This is why you spend the money on a sleep number bed. The service is impeccable. I’ve been a sleep number owner for eight years and Brian from the Concord NC store assisted me in a problem that I’ve had with my sleep number mattress . Thank you for your help Brian.”
“I love this store so bad, I highly suggest downloading the app! The bathrooms are nice the store is always clean the employees are nice too, there’s a girl with bangs I’m pretty sure she has light brown hair but she’s so sweet, i always look forward to visiting.”
“I absolutely love this sofa, I went with the premier fabric and addtional support for my aging bones. The feel of the fabric is amazing and so soft. My experience from start to end was very professional. You can tell they really care about the customer. The quality, I expect this to last a very long time.”
“I always love coming to the store, my last purchase was these wonderful little triangles and circles that allowed the sun to come through. This store just invites the Earth into your home. I know that may sound cliche, but it really makes you feel as if you're bringing in those moments that tool created moments to just stay allows these moments to stay!”
“Awesome store with everything you need to deck out your mancave! From cool decor to comfy furniture, they have it all. Friendly staff and great selection—definitely worth checking out!”
“Can come across some great finds. Need to be careful about quality, It is not high end quality by any means so if that is what you are looking for, this is not the place (furniture) but fabulous for home accessories, garden pots, party supplies, holiday themed supplies and inexpensive art.”

“Amy I love 💝 I had a wonderful experience! She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She didn’t mind moving the furniture around from one side to the other so I could see different combinations and find the perfect setup. She was never pushy and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I truly appreciate her patience and excellent customer service. I highly recommend her!”
