“After a recommendation from a friend I recently stopped by Carolina Interiors in Concord, NC, looking for window treatments for several rooms in my home after a disappointing experience at a local home improvement store where I couldn't get any assistance. Joel, along with installer Randy, came to my home to ensure all measurements were accurate before ordering my plantation shutters. A couple of months later, the shutters arrived and were installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They look absolutely beautiful and have made an incredible difference in the appearance and feel of my home.
I truly appreciate everything Joel did to make this such a positive experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Built a new house in Concord, lighting by Efirds. High quality products that look great!
Called them once for a minor problem, they were there quickly and fixed the issue. Called them again to make a modification to ceiling fans and they were back quickly and were done fast. Friendly, neat, and reasonably priced.
