“I was absolutely amazed. I brought my 8 year old Honda accord in to see if it could be detailed. My car is not garaged and as a result I had dirt(mold is what Josh called it) deeply embedded on the car's surface.. I left my car and within 2 plus hours it looked brand new! I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of automobile detailing. Josh is a super nice guy and will take good care of your vehicle.”

“I recently received outstanding customer service from Jet at the Huntersville Verizon store. I came in with two major problems. First, I could not get validation codes from my online banking which meant that I could not use it Jet identified the issue and solved the problem secondly, he was able to help both my wife and I upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max even took the time to help transfer the data from my old iPhone to this new iPhone jet is extremely knowledgeable, but as important, friendly,and caring. It was an outstanding experience for me. I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years and this is why!”

“This is my go to stop for gas, beer, snacks, and lunch on the way to work. I have lived across from this store since March, and it took some time, but they seem to have weeded out the bad staff. There used to be a lady who worked late nights who was so rude that I stopped coming for a while, but I haven't seen her in quite a while. Usually Janie is working when I come by, or the gentleman with glasses, and both of them are super friendly and seem completely competent at doing their job. My only 2 complaints are that they are often sold out (or not stocked) of my choice beer, Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA and regular IPA, and also the Asian lady who works daytime, who has zero customer service skills. Never smiles and often makes me feel like a nuisance for shopping because she has to stop what she's doing to check me out. Otherwise, this is my favorite convenience store to stop at.”
“We left Verizon to go to ATT. I had to go into the store two times to get my bill printed. Each time the manager helped me and she was amazing!! We left Verizon because of bad service. You need to promote this manager and put her in charge of training! We would not have left had she helped us previously!!!”

“Always hectic and busy, but that's Target for ya. Typically pretty organized inside and well stocked. I don't recommend the Starbucks there. They lack a lot of typical items and for some reason the drinks are almost always just meh. Be careful in the parking lot. People just zoom up and down the ailes without paying any kind of attention. Can't tell you how many times I've almost been clipped backing out of my parking spot.”

“I was able to find what I needed but I asked 2 employees for assistance and they even searched for the exact product I needed on the devices they used and it sent me to the wrong location twice. I was able to look up the store on my phone and it had the correct aisle location. I am not blaming the employees but for some reason their devices had a different location.”

I stopped going to this location at 9502 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd, 28078 because the customer service was poor and just bad experiences. I use the monthly Sparkle Pass so I stopped in for my Free ($15) wash and my Free ANY-SIZE beverage on 11/2/25 at 11:30 p.m. My experience was Amazing with Jenna. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It smelled nice inside because she was cleaning. I noticed her removing outdated product. The restroom was clean and didn't smell of urine. I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED and this is my New Favorite store. Thank you for the Drastic Improvements.”

Been coming here for last 6 months and manager is very attentive to all customers and speaks to every customer very politely and always have a smile on. Requested for one type of beer and he always make sure he has it in stock for me and knows exactly what I need, has it on the register before I even approach the register to pay.
