“I was absolutely amazed. I brought my 8 year old Honda accord in to see if it could be detailed. My car is not garaged and as a result I had dirt(mold is what Josh called it) deeply embedded on the car's surface.. I left my car and within 2 plus hours it looked brand new! “I had a wonderful experience at this location. The reps all really enjoy being around each other which is important as a guest. My phone was acting up and I was eligible for an upgrade. Bre was my rep and I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything I didn’t want and the process was not hard at all. “I was in the middle of transferring two lines from T-Mobile when a family emergency occurred. Zaprinthia was already fantastic to work with, but the moment I got the call from my son’s school, she and the manager, Dylan Goodman, shifted gears instantly. They showed incredible empathy and helped me get out the door in seconds with a working phone that I was able to give to my wife when I met her at the school.
Once my son was stable and in an ambulance with my wife on the way to the ER, I was able to stop at the store again as it was on the route to the hospital. They had a second phone ready for me within minutes so I could stay connected with my wife and find her at the Hospital.
When we returned the next day, Zaprinthia greeted us with smiles and a hug for my son. We came in for phone service, but we left with a deep appreciation for her kindness. I'll never forget the experience. I can’t recommend Zaprinthia and Dylan enough”

“This is my go to stop for gas, beer, snacks, and lunch on the way to work. I have lived across from this store since March, and it took some time, but they seem to have weeded out the bad staff. There used to be a lady who worked late nights who was so rude that I stopped coming for a while, but I haven't seen her in quite a while. Usually Janie is working when I come by, or the gentleman with glasses, and both of them are super friendly and seem completely competent at doing their job. My only 2 complaints are that they are often sold out (or not stocked) of my choice beer, Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA and regular IPA, and also the Asian lady who works daytime, who has zero customer service skills. Never smiles and often makes me feel like a nuisance for shopping because she has to stop what she's doing to check me out. Otherwise, this is my favorite convenience store to stop at.”

“So this 7-11 is in a great location, is fairly new looking, and seems safe. Pros-I love the car wash! It's newer so it really seems to give my car a thorough wash for the base price, lots of pumps and I've never seen any closed for service, and anytime I've gone inside the actual 7-11 convenience store part, it's been clean, well stocked, and I've experienced really friendly employees. 7-11 also gives you a really good discount for gas if you sign up for their rewards program. Cons- the pumps don't take chip cards and the card I prefer to use (a chip card but I've used the magnetic strip before so I know it works) won't work in any of their pumps so I have to use my bank card which is not my favorite thing to do. Also, (and this is Charlotte, so it really could happen anywhere here) someone was shot and killed there at 10 in the morning recently which is disconcerting.At any rate, I still go here and think it's way better than the gas station closest to me.”
“Went to Verizon regarding an issue with my voicemail not alerting me of phone call messages. Tech Specialist, Greg, listened attentively and began troubleshooting the issue. I learned that my VPN needed to be "off" for phone and voicemail. Greg tested the voicemail, but it still was not working properly. He called Verizon tech support, and we learned that approximately one year ago, someone had "call forwarded" my number to a number I did not recognize (wondering if/how my phone was hijacked). Verizon was not able to see who my voicemails were going to, only a local phone number. Verizon was able to confirm that the forwarding number was not a Verizon number. We were told to call *73 which "unforwarded" my voicemail. Greg, thank you for your diligence, patience, and expert assistance to resolve the issue.”

Over time, I’ve experienced a mix of customer service—some not-so-great moments—but thankfully, the majority of my visits have been positive.
On my most recent trip, I met Linda, who is a team lead. Even though she was busy working on stocking shelves, she took the time to answer my question without hesitation. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and willingness to help. It’s employees like her who make the shopping experience better.

“I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Cameron, who seemed to be a Manager at this location in downtown Mooresville, NC (on Main St.). I had placed a large holiday photo order that had several problems, and the patience and kindness that he extended to me while helping to fix it was so wonderful that I'll probably never forget him. While we worked together to fix the situation for over an hour, I noticed that he was also patient and kind with his coworkers. At a time when this world feels pretty overwhelming and crazy, and when people never know what others are going through, he was a light that truly made my Christmas. I hope he can somehow be recognized by CVS for his high character and intentional kindness.”

I stopped going to this location at 9502 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd, 28078 because the customer service was poor and just bad experiences. I use the monthly Sparkle Pass so I stopped in for my Free ($15) wash and my Free ANY-SIZE beverage on 11/2/25 at 11:30 p.m. My experience was Amazing with Jenna. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It smelled nice inside because she was cleaning. I noticed her removing outdated product. The restroom was clean and didn't smell of urine. I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED and this is my New Favorite store. Thank you for the Drastic Improvements.”
