“Kitkos is an exceptional store that consistently delivers both outstanding products and an incredible customer experience. Woo and his mother are absolutely wonderful—professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit is a pleasure.
We shop there whenever we can for their essential oil perfumes, whipped shea butter, waist beads, and so much more. The quality is always high-end and thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail you can truly feel. Kitkos stands out as a truly unique shop, and it is easily one of my favorite stores in the Charlotte area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for premium, one-of-a-kind products and excellent service.”

They do change products frequently, so check this store out regularly for the latest fashions. The service is good with the staff helping but not overbearing. They carry Oakley frames, sunglasses, shoes, clothes, backpacks and more. Inside the Concord Mills Mall.”

“One of the classiest coolest little men’s clothing shop I’ve found so far in charlotte. Gentlemen at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The vibe was buzzing. Every customer in the shop was talking about how they genuinely loved this place, some for 20 years plus. Awesome selection of classy wear and formal. Prices were amazing for a mall. “Could not have asked for a better experience and let me tell you why... I did not buy anything and was treated like a king. I was on a mission while trying to find a specific color shoe lace as a purchase I made the day prior at another Vans store left me without a good option. The staff at the Concord Mills location went above and beyond for me to search high and low throughout their stockroom and even made some suggestions to where I could find what I was looking for. While no purchase was made at this location, I will most certainly be back to make a purchase in the future - Assuming they get Rowleys that I do not have!”
“I find Kohl's has gotten very overpriced on several items. Same items can be purchased at other retailers at much better prices and better fitting clothing. However, I do like the fact that there is a sephora inside the store.”
“I frequently shop Kohl's in Huntersville and absolutely love the variety of home items and cleanliness of the store. Everyone is welcoming especially There is one person who stands out to me every single time I see her and that is Ms. Ashley, she is always kind and patient and makes the shopping trip more personable. She greets you by name too. I shopped on Sunday 3/30 and watched how extremely helpful and patient she interacted with an older couple who had trouble with their card and navigating the app. It felt genuine and not forced, while waiting in line, Several customers walked in and out and they would greet each other by name. Which says alot. Thank You Kohl's for providing a great shopping experience and Thank you to the staff for offering a kind and comfortable experience to my older generation.”

“I’ve been shopping at Hollister for many many years and still do to this very day. I can not think of one bad experience that I’ve had. But last week was the greatest experience thus far! Zachary was absolutely amazing…he was the sweetest young man I’ve ever experienced working in retail. I came in to do a return/exchange which was sorta of complicated because of what I was looking for and what I wanted done. Zachary made the return/exchange process smooth and understanding. I think often times when you have a few returns and or exchange’s it can be overwhelming for both the customer and the employee. I’m mainly talking about myself and my anxiety on just about every freakin thing lol. With the help of Zachary, I did not experience any anxiety AT ALL…he was so kind and patient in every way. Also, my brief encounter with Katy(not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and Trinity was great! So it would be fair to say my shopping experience at Hollister for the billionth time lol…was a success as always. I love you guy’s..keep up the good work Zachary!”

“I don't usually leave reviews for clothing stores, but Arthur/ Trey and the rest of the crew at this store just go so far above and beyond that it's incredible. I was here with my daughters and son a couple months ago and he not only went out of his way to be helpful to us, but when we came in this afternoon, remembered us and dapped up everybody as we came back in. Then the whole crew was super helpful once again! We'll be back.”

“Hi, I just wanted to share the awesomeness of this store. I just bought a new (tags on 165) J. McLaughlin skirt for less than 45 dollars. The store was running 15% off on an item of your choice so I really felt like I struck gold. I purchased a dress last week (original tags still on for 265) I paid 50. I love that I can support businesses in Cornelius and have a lovely experience. The staff is also amazing, always willing to help.
