“Kitkos is an exceptional store that consistently delivers both outstanding products and an incredible customer experience. Woo and his mother are absolutely wonderful—professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit is a pleasure.
We shop there whenever we can for their essential oil perfumes, whipped shea butter, waist beads, and so much more. The quality is always high-end and thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail you can truly feel. Kitkos stands out as a truly unique shop, and it is easily one of my favorite stores in the Charlotte area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for premium, one-of-a-kind products and excellent service.”

“I went shopping for boots, the particular boot I wanted was out of stock. I believe there stock is low due to them outgrowing there store.(lack of space) Everything feels cramped, its almost as if you have to ask for help to find what your looking for. The Help was good, can be better. Once they helped me find or not find the boot I was looking for they leave, then I have to ask for help again. The second help I got was can you find me a boot close to what I was looking for and they did so help is good not great. All in all I do recommend.”

I feel so bad that I didnt get his name but he had long hair in a ponytail and his lanyard was covered in Kpop pins. He was awesome, made sure we got the most out of our coupons, was very nice and funny, and when my friend lost her nail, he helped us look for like 5 to 10 minutes. Give him a raise fr.”

“Had a very pleasant experience working with Aamina at the Birkdale location. I have an unexpected event coming up with a tight deadline. She pointed me toward exactly the suit I needed, helped with the alterations, and got those scheduled in time to pick it up before my event. Absolute Rockstar!”

“Stopped into the store after trying both Macy’s and Belks first, and was very pleasantly surprised. Salesman/owner was incredibly helpful and attentive, and helped me get suits for both of my children. He also marked the hem so I can get them tailored and steamed the shirts. Best of all we got 2 3-piece suits, two dress shirts, and two bowties for less than one suit at the big stores. Will definitely return.”
“This was my first visit to Brooks Brothers at Concord Mills. They were running a great sale, which gave me the perfect opportunity to browse and see what they have to offer. I took plenty of photos to give others a better idea of the selection.
I’ve always associated Brooks Brothers with quality, and that definitely holds true here. The only reason for my four-star rating is the lack of customer engagement because I wasn’t approached to see if I needed assistance.
I’m hopeful my next visit will be a better experience.

“I have been looking for a wedding guest dress for 3 months. It has been a miserable experience. The wedding is in Atlanta in May. I wanted something attractive but not over the top. At 75, I still wear younger styles but not ridiculous. Finally went to Kohl’s and found my perfect dress. They had small and large. I wear medium. Then I saw an associate named Christina who looked it up on her hand held and it said one in the store. Sure enough, she looked high and low and found it! I was thrilled. Wanted to call her out for a job well done!!!!! Thank you, Christina!!”
“I went into Lucky Brand just browsing. Trey that worked there was so nice, full of energy and eager to help. I ended up leaving with nothing but then later coming back to purchase some items and Trey not only helped me but encouraged me to try a shirt on I wanted to order but it was so stinking hot I was like no way am I trying something on but he was so nice and was like “look, I even have a cool zone waiting for you” and it was cool area with a fan circulating so I tried it on and ended up ordering what I wanted. He was so nice and had me phenomenal energy. Please go to see Trey if you’re in this store!”
“I had a wonderful experience here at Buckle this week, and I have the girls who work here to thank for it-particularly Melody! I went in with the intention of buying one shirt, but I left with five new tops that are exactly my style. I wouldn’t have found such fun new tops without Melody’s help because she knew the store’s inventory like the back of her hand. If I had been left to browse on my own, I probably would have left with one thing without seeing what else Buckle had to offer.
Melody also sorted through a ton of denim pants and shorts for me while I was in the changing room. Unfortunately, for a girl with a long torso and shorter legs, finding flare or bootcut jeans is a struggle. Thankfully, she informed me that Buckle offers free alterations which I had no idea about.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a wardrobe refresh. Thanks again Melody!”

“Kohl's is my go-to for pretty much everything. Clothes, shoes, home stuff—they've got it all. Plus, their sales and Kohl's Cash are seriously addictive. Also, the christmas stiffs are so amazing.
The store's always clean and organized, which is a major win. And the checkout lines? Usually not too crazy. Definitely a fan!”
“I’ve been shopping at Hollister for many many years and still do to this very day. I can not think of one bad experience that I’ve had. But last week was the greatest experience thus far! Zachary was absolutely amazing…he was the sweetest young man I’ve ever experienced working in retail. I came in to do a return/exchange which was sorta of complicated because of what I was looking for and what I wanted done. Zachary made the return/exchange process smooth and understanding. I think often times when you have a few returns and or exchange’s it can be overwhelming for both the customer and the employee. I’m mainly talking about myself and my anxiety on just about every freakin thing lol. With the help of Zachary, I did not experience any anxiety AT ALL…he was so kind and patient in every way. Also, my brief encounter with Katy(not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and Trinity was great! So it would be fair to say my shopping experience at Hollister for the billionth time lol…was a success as always. I love you guy’s..keep up the good work Zachary!”

Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!
