“Extra Space in Huntersville is super clean and spotless. We always felt extremely safe while there, and appreciate the codes that allow just the specific floor you’re on. There are always hand trucks available at the doors near the elevators. The office staff is very helpful!”

“Today I called and inquired about a storage room I reserved to want to come by after work to review it to see if the size is actually what I need. Sharon was the one on the phone and also the person I seen once I got to the Facility. Sharon has such great Customer Services and people skills. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She explained everything very well and went step by step through the cost charges and requires purchases. I am so thankful that Sharon was the one who assisted me today l, meeting a pleasant and kind person like her doesn’t exist much anymore. Thank you Sharon for all your help today you made it a very easy and understandable process.”
“Drove to their Cornelius location on Saturday afternoon about 25 minutes before they closed. Cindy welcomed us and took us out to see one of the air controlled units. I went back on Monday to rent the unit. Ryan waited on me and was extremely courteous and like Cindy showed excellent customer service. Property and units are EXTREMELY clean. They leave a nice welcome bag for all new rental customers. This company definitely prides itself with knowledgeable and customer driven staff. What a nice experience. Could not be more pleased with our decision to get our rental unit from Cube Smart. Keep up the great job. "The cream always rises to the top"!”
“Love Lakeside Mini Storage! They have been consistently there for me over the years of needing additional storage through many phases of my life. Temperature controlled or not I have rented both styles of units and had wonderful experiences with both. The ladies at the desk are always there to help and quick to respond. Best storage place in Cornelius!”

“My family and I drove here from out of state, about a 7 hour haul. I picked this location online and received a phone call to confirm my reservation. 10/10 experience with customer service, move in was made so easy for us we unloaded a 10x15 UHaul in about 45 minutes time thanks to the aid of the carts they have available on site! They also had water provided! If you’re new and moving to the area, look no further. You’ll want to experience this Morningstar’s hospitality.”

“Units are nice , Prices are about Avg as most storage units are within the area. Security is good. Folks in the office are really nice and have helped us a lot.
Only 2 negative is Online payment system was issues at times. Only other thing is I wish they would have a trash can on site to help throw away trash and other thing may need to be throw away if possibly
