“I came in today to make a return, and the customer service I received from Emily is the sole reason for this review. She was very friendly and attentive, and provided me incredibly helpful information regarding my online return. She has a broad knowledge of the policies and systems, and gave me tips to use in the future to save me time and get the best price when ordering online vs. in-store. It's not often that I receive this level of customer service and knowledge, so it's worth the 5 star review just for this positive experience with Emily.”

“Love this place! I'm a longtime Durham resident and yet I'd never been in here until this past weekend. I was in a bit of a hurry and looking for a birthday-related book for a child. I didn't get her name, but a staff member with curly gray hair was SO kind and helpful in my search! She went all over the store looking for birthday related items and came back with the one I ended up purchasing (side note: the child LOVED it!).
I am an occupational therapist with a background in pediatrics and the types of toys in this store are all ones that are excellent for cognitive, fine/gross motor, and social-emotional development! There is nary a screen-based toy in sight and all of the books, toys, and items here appear to be carefully selected to foster creative play for kids of all ages.
They also have very cute (if a bit pricy) clothing from Magnetic Me in sizes up to 5T. All told, this is an amazing local gem that you'd be remiss not to visit!”

“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”
