“Normally I would rate this store location a 5 but due to the new night time closing employee I have to strongly disagree. That woman has the nastiest attitude ever. She seems to close the store early on the nights she works. Never mind the long lines of customers that usually are waiting at the door trying to make their last minute dash to the store. The store is losing a lot of night time revenue because of this in addition to her rude & nasty attitude which is causing customers, including me, to visit the more friendly store across the street. I will only visit this store from now on in the morning, when the sweet older lady works or the nice stocky gentleman who works at night are on duty. I will not be wasting my time or energy w someone who clearly doesn’t know how to give good customer service.”
“Employees are awesome and pumps are fast. They do not sell alcohol here, but do have vending machines for drinks (most of them haven't worked properly the times I've used them).”

“I've been coming here everyday for the past 8 years. The place is always well stocked and clean. The crew that works here no matter the time of day is always extremely friendly, helpful, and great at what they do. It's strange because even though this is a large chain they've somehow managed to make it feel like a local neighborhood convenience store. Wish this store and people who work here nothing but the best.”
“I needed gluten free flatbread to make homemade pizza. I'm not familiar with GF bec it was for a guest. I approached the bread man who was stocking named Kevin. He was super nice and all he had was loaf and he directed me to the bakery/deli section after telling me to also check frozen. I headed first to deli. A nice young woman named Jamiya in the deli, instead of telling me where to look, walked me all over the store including back to the bread guy to get more info on GF. We went to refrig biscuit section w/ no luck, pie crusts section then finally found GF frozen pizza dough. Another employee Kirsten helped join in the search as well. Jamiya even read off some of the ingredients/directions on the packaging bec I could not see very well. Outstanding service! I haven't been treated this well in a very long time. Bravo Harris Teeter! I wanted to do a HT survey but there wasn't one on my receipt. This is my new go to store. Has it's gas station at bottom of parking lot- very convenient.”

“I thought they only have this in Goldsboro where I live but it was quite interesting to see another one. I'm not sure if it was a drive-thru but it looked like it and they have a little bit more than Goldsboro because they actually have venda machines in front of the gas stations. So that made it super special and pleasing to me. Very quiet. I think it's in a gray area. I just wished I would have actually went up to the window so I could have seen what they had in there but I loved it. They should make more stations just like that”

“Really nice man that rents or is the owner of the store and gas pumps. I don't do hardly any business except for gas every once a month or so and to pick up a lighter and a pack of BCs, but that's it. I've tried getting air in my tires but the air pump stays broken down. nice people though.”

“The gas selections at this Exxon are in terms of Ethanol percentage opposed to your usual diesel, regular, and premium selections.
If you are unfamiliar with ethanol percentages as it pertains to gas I would highly suggest going to the BP next to the Exxon.

“This is probably the best gas station in this area of Durham. Ive been going here since it opened. The gas prices are always the lowest in town, the customer service is excellent, and the store environment is always clean, inside and out. For this area (and street) in Durham, this place is very safe. If you are looking for cheap gas near you, THIS IS THE PLACE!”
“As with other reviews have noted, we stopped in here to check tire pressure and appreciated having an operable pump. Cashiers were friendly and said thank you after making our gas purchase inside (because we don’t trust pump swipe strips).”

“This place is nice and clean an always has the best gas prices even compared to the other BP/Family Fare that is really close by. Nice selection of beverages and snacks. Not sure how long it has been open but the place feels like it is still fairly new which is even more of a compliment if it has been open for a while. If you are in the area and looking to use your Harris Teeter fuel points or you just like BP/Family Fare in general, this is a good place to stop and refuel. Not sure what else to say about this place. Spacious parking and ample room to move around in the parking lot. Fridges are nice and cold and the snack shelves are well-stocked!”

“Nice gas station. Everyone seems super polite. The bathrooms were clean and they had a little place where you could get like a cooked meal on the inside. I was happy because the bathrooms were clean clean bathroom means the management cares about the place.”
“Very neat and clean store, in an interesting part of town. Came here for the cheaper gas prices, compared to other stores a bit further away. The store associates were very nice and attentive, and I really appreciate their professional dress. I wasn't expecting to see that, when I walked in. This store is definitely a diamond in the rough. “Ha not much to say it will be nice when we don’t use combustion engines anymore and we just have the roads pulsing out electrical charging pulses so our electrical vehicles never have to stop ever for recharging. They just roll over wireless charging embedded in street.”
