Weaverville Pet Pantry
1 Merrimon Ave, WeavervilleWell, we finally stopped in here today. We've heard a lot of the place. So when Goosers collapsible bowl went missing I had to get him a new one. They were very friendly & have a lot of good everything for pets. We ended up leaving with more than we came for lol. If you're looking for a new pet spot or in a bind, I recommend these nice people? ✅️.

Pet Grooming

Wonderdog Pet Grooming
232 Reems Creek Rd #2, WeavervilleWonder dog are really amazing - I usually seem to bring my dog in looking pretty terrible - but they never show any judgement and are always chill and kind. Over time my dog has gotten relaxed with her amazing groomer and always comes out looking great.

Pet Care

Broad River Animal Hospital
121 Barnardsville Hwy, WeavervilleDue to fulltime traveling we are in need of a vet while on the road. I contacted Borad River Animal Hospital and they were so helpful and professional. We were able to see Dr. Peterson and take care of our needs. All of staff was amazing. Thank you guys so much!

Mountain Animal Hospital
18 Moore St, WeavervilleMy dog has seen at least six vets in three different countries, and he was very pleased with Dr. White's treatment. She's very professional, patient and gentle with my boy. Her staff was so kind, and the prices were considerably better than those at Charlotte Street Animal Hospital. I highly recommend Dr. White!

The Animal Hospital at Reems Creek
32 Reems Creek Rd, WeavervilleWonderful experience with the friendly staff and Dr Hammond at Animal Hospital at Reems Creek. My extremely backward Sumo Wrestler Shih Tzu, Cosmo wasn't his horribly backward ultra -scared self. My sweet 'I love everyone' Baylie was just happy to be there...she rarely meets a stranger! So glad to be able to go inside WITH my pups for their appt!

Allen Animal Hospital
24 Critter Trail, WeavervilleNever been before yesterday, Dr. Allen literally looked at my dog's leg injury and called it. This man knows animals. I appreciate his straight forward approach! It saved me a ton of time and money. My dog means everything to me! And she is doing so much better already. He is definitely our #1 choice moving forward!! Thanks again ?

Appalachian Animal Hospital
29 Monticello Rd, WeavervilleNot sure how anyone could rate this office below 5 stars. First time patient today, cost $ was half of what I expected and my cat is now eating for the first time in 3 days. Amazing experience.

Zebulon Artisan Ales
8 Merchants Alley, WeavervilleThe best brewery in North Carolina. Period. Inside, the taproom sits amongst small steel tanks filled with embryonic beer. The taproom has a convivial atmosphere: happy drinkers, a few hippies, some beer geeks like me, a few tourists, locals, some dogs. Really a perfect place to appreciate good beer. If you're here, you made a good decision today. Thanks.

Allgood Coffee
10 S Main St, WeavervilleI wouldn't expect a small coffee shop in Weaverville to be so vegan-friendly — but on a random Monday morning, all six of their daily pastries were vegan, and one was gluten-free! I've even seen vegan ham & cheese croissants on occasion. Everything they serve is vegetarian, and they also offer dairy milk alternatives. Add in the wonderfully friendly staff and some live music, and this is my favorite local place to chill. Updated from previous review on 2026-06-01

Twisted Laurel Weaverville
10A S Main St, WeavervilleExcellent food and doggie friendly! I had the Arugala and mushroom quesadilla which was so flavorful! My wife had the trout and was amazed at how delicately the dish was prepared. She raved about it! Two meals, two craft beers, a pretzel roll appetizer, and tip was just over $100. Definitely stop here for a meal or three!

Soba Sushi and Noodles
76 N Main St, WeavervilleTried out the party boat for 3 which came with 4 specialty rolls, sashimi, and nigiri for $80 - a nice deal. It was packaged thoughtfully for takeout and ready quickly even on a busy Friday night. The rolls tasted just okay. Definitely not as good as the ones at Maguro, Zen or Green Tea. However, the sashimi was much more generously cut than anywhere else in town and the nigiri were also bigger. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need a sashimi and nigiri fix!

Glass Onion
18 N Main St, WeavervilleOur New Year's Eve dinner at the Glass Onion was fabulous, as expected. We're new to the area and this was our second dinner at the restaurant. We started with tuna tartare, Caesar salad and the yummy complimentary rolls. I had the delicious lobster ravioli entree and my husband had the rib eye steak. Both were wonderful. We agreed that we will be regulars at Glass Onion!

Well-Bred Bakery & Cafe
26 N Main St, WeavervilleExcellent! Off the beaten path in a small (the best kind) beautiful WNC mountain town. It is out of the way for us so we can't get there as often as we would like.
The most enjoyable way to get there for us is via the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We enjoyed the one in Biltmore for years. Sadly, it is no longer there.
Thank you, Well-Bred Bakery & Cafe.
